The accommodation (90 m2) is cozy and authentic, well heated and very well equipped. On the ground floor: entrance hall with toilet, large L-shaped open room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, and south-facing living/dining room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Located in the heart of the Auvergne Regional Volcanoes Park and the Brezons Valley ( most beautiful valley in Europe) You can enjoy downhill skiing or cross-country skiing as well as hiking. Artificial lakes 20 km away will offer you beaches equipped for swimming. The gîte, a stone house from the 1800s, retains its coolness all summer. The cottage now has a swimming pool shared by the 2 cottages. The swimming pool will be available from May to October

We offer you on the second floor of a manor house, an independent apartment comprising 2 bedrooms (with a 140 cm bed in one bedroom and 2 bunk beds in the other), a living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people) that can accommodate up to 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen. A parking space is available in front of the house. We can provide you with sheets and towels for an additional €5/person.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
