Vacation rentals with a patio in Laval

Sarah, Loïs and their little mermaid are wonderful, very attentive, warm, available with exemplary manners. What a pleasure to meet such beautiful people who are virtuous on many points and who moved me deeply. Thank you so much for everything and I hope to meet similar hosts in my future stays. Excellent apartment: very functional, clean, quiet, with a location that is both close to everything but a little set back to be quiet. Free shuttles at the foot of the building, and parking space. The view of the mountains is great! We had a great stay!

We had a great weekend! The accommodation is as described: clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to stay in. Location. Juliette and Logan gave us clear and detailed instructions, which made our arrival and stay easier. They were also very available and responsive. The accommodation is in a perfect location because it's located in the heart of the city center right next to the train station. We didn't have any problems during our stay. The apartment has been carefully renovated in an industrial style. The spaces are well delimited which makes it possible to preserve the privacy in the rooms when there are several people. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. Sébastien was attentive, available and gave good advice. He was able to direct us to good restaurants. We were delighted with our stay (5 people from the same family).

Large, very clean and well-equipped accommodation. The instructions are very clear, and the listing is as described. The view of the mountains is beautiful and the scientific polygon (CEA, Schneider Electrics, Corys) is effectively close, but by car. Indeed, the accommodation is in a bend in a winding climb, and a car is in my opinion essential, even to go to the nearest shops. Being in this home for work, I don't have an opinion on hiking trails, but given the steep environment, they must be for experienced hikers. Excellent experience in the professional setting (the Fiber network works well, it's worth noting), I recommend for professionals who need to go to the scientific polygon.

Beautiful, clean, big space. Easy to walk around the town and close to skiing areas. We stayed here to visit a friend in town and it was perfect for our group of 4 and a baby!

Excellent experience. Jean-Pierre is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is even better than in the photos. It is very well equipped, clean, and the jacuzzi / hammam part is beautiful. The setting is beautiful too. Definitely recommend

We spent 1 very pleasant stay in Sylvie's house! it is a house where you can feel the family soul that reigns there! The place is quiet and has 1 nice little garden perfect for peaceful moments. The house is very spacious and cozy. It's very well equipped and perfectly located (a bit less than 20min from Grenoble city Centre, less than 1h to great ski slopes). Supermarkets, shops and few restaurants nearby

A lovely apartment, perfect for skiing; slope side access, close to lifts & ski school drop off & separate boot room. Village is small but has everything you need in easy reach. We had a great week & would go back. Approachable & helpful concierge & host.

A very good welcome at the reception, an apartment that exceeded our expectations with a beautiful terrace, nothing was missing. The rental was very clean. Punctuality during the appointment for the departure inventory. I recommend it.

Perfect residence and location. Be careful though, this is a furnished rental in a tourist residence, it may be missing some basic items to bring (sponge, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). Despite this, the place, the welcome, the amenities, everything was compliant and impeccable.

Superb apartment, very clean and bright. It feels good, it's not cramped, there are games for the kids and a nice space outside. Everything was perfect for us!
