The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, such as Dolce Gusto coffee maker, combined oven, fridge and dishwasher. Unsecured steep staircase, beware of small children. No parties or family gatherings. Non-smoking loft. No pets.

Bed and bath linens to be provided. A sofa bed (double bed), a double bed and two single beds (for people under 1m70).

Charming apartment for rent in the heart of the Belledonne range at 860 m altitude. The apartment is close to Prapoutel – Les 7 Laux Ski Resort (10 km) and Grenoble (25 km). It is located in the chalet where our family lives. We will be happy to advise you on your stay to make the most of this beautiful region. The apartment is ideal for a couple or small family but can accommodate up to 6 people, the sofa also making a bed.

My place is close to all amenities, direct access to the slopes. You'll love my place for the comfort, the proximity to the ski lifts, the magnificent views of the valley. My place is good for couples with a kid. For an independent arrival, a key box is available on the door if needed.
