Overall, I highly recommend it. Most importantly, Pavel, the host, knew what travelers needed and prepared carefully. Location: Pavel's house is located in a residential area a little far from the city center. It seemed to be a new city area with many newly built apartments. It looked like it was far from the center of Helsinki on the map, but it didn't feel far because it took about 15 minutes by tram from Helsinki Station. If you're planning to visit Aalto University to explore Alvar Aalto's architecture, the location of this property would be perfect. Communication: Pavel is a proactive communicator. He answered any questions within 10 minutes and also recommended nearby amenities and grocery stores. There was no difficulty with self check-in. Building: The house was spacious and clean, so it was nice to stay. It was good for a family to use with 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 toilet. It was a structure of entrance-shower room/toilet-guest room-kitchen-living room-2 bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, so it was easy to cook, and I was able to use the fridge, basic oil, salt, etc., and it was nice that they even provided coffee! (There was a coffee machine and a moka pot) Nearby amenities: Ridl is a 7-8 minute walk away. It's not a small mart, but it wasn't diverse enough to buy gifts and souvenirs. It's good to take a walk and go.

This place is amazing, it is with close proximity to everything you need and the view from there is stunning while it is snowing ! Lari has been really responsive to our needs, thanks !

We'll stay in Emma's studio apartment during the renovation of our own home. Emmi was super flexible and helpful, already arranging the night before our schedule to move in. Also, as our renovation was prolonged, Emmi arranged for more hosting time flexibly. Great service! Thank you!

The studio is located in a quiet apartment building and in a quiet residential area. Helsinki was easily accessible by metro in a short time. A good restaurant and shopping were nearby. I appreciated the personal welcome, as well as the small, glazed balcony. The only thing I didn't like was the direct view of the facade of the neighboring house...but I was mostly on the road and otherwise the surroundings were very green!

Easy to get to by biss from the center of Helsinki, peaceful and real-world surroundings, close to the sea. Big TV...loved it.

I have written this already before, but in my mind this is the best option in the area. Spacious, private, clean and good location! The host is friendly and everything just works!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Novel's unit. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-maintained the unit was. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to ensure guests feel right at home. Accessing the unit from the airport was seamless, and traveling to the city via train, tram, or bus couldn’t have been easier. The nearby transit options saved us so much time and made our trip stress-free. One of the best parts was that the mall was just a 2-minute walk away! Having shops, dining options, and everything we needed so close by made our stay incredibly convenient. The facilities were excellent—a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, washing machine cum dryer or a quiet environment perfect for relaxation. It’s clear that owner has gone above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. TQVM Novel and we missed the unit so much!

First of all, a tidy, clean, quiet house with privacy. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Great place to walk in touch with nature. The house is complete and fully equipped and I will come back very regularly. Highly recommend for families with children Thanks for everything.

We had a super comfortable two nights in this stay. Transactions with the host were easy, straightforward, and friendly. The listing matched the description well, was beautifully decorated, and tidy, and when arriving by car, the free street parking was an easy and nice addition. The 5-year-old involved had a great time in the playroom. The only minus is the bed that's too good-it was annoying to go home to get on with your dreams! 😌

A quiet, cozy place with a great view of sunrise and sunset over the Nordic sky. Great amenities in the house and an extremely responsive host.

In four days, they were very comfortably settled here. The gentle steam of the sauna relaxed the tired bodies of the hikers, and the cozy house provided everything you needed, and a little more. Shops are wonderfully close, the location is also great for hiking, from here you can easily get to Sipoonkorpe, Nuuksio, and Makeup. Warm recommendation!

Sirke was a superb host, she was very caring, answered our questions and was very quick with her responses. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and the view is absolutely amazing! We can sea the see, small islands around and the Uspenski cathedral is also visible from the terrace. There is a lot if light, large windows and modern and stylish furniture. There is good connection to the city centre and also to the airport. Public transport in Helsinki is very good. The apartment is in a newish neighborhood, everything is beautiful around. I highly recommend this apartment!

Thanks to the abundance of positive feedback, we dared to book a home in time extemporee. The host responded quickly to inquiries, and the place was what it was supposed to be. The sofa bed was also positively surprised, we got a good night's sleep. We recommend to others, and we'll be back if we need a place to stay. 😊

My friend Simon and I stayed at Erika's home for four nights, and it was perfect. The home is comfortable, warm, and welcoming, located in a fantastic area. Central Helsinki is easily walkable if you don't mind spending some time on foot, with great bars and restaurants nearby. Studio is located close to public transportation but at a walkable distance to the city center. There is a supermarket really close. The seaside is close. Really nice neighbourhood. Everything in the studio is just as described in the listing. Fully functional and clean accomodation. Kethe as a host was super nice, responded to messages really fast. All in all, the place is great, the city is beautiful. Highly recommend you visit both Helsinki and Kethe's accomodation! :)

Place was was clean and spacious. It is perfect for family with kids, there were kids books and board games as well as kids plates and utensils. The host was responsive and helpful. Parking space was also free.

The location was very central, a short trip to the shopping center where we visited several times. The apartment is beautiful, we admired the stunning scenery throughout the visit. It was hard to leave. I'm sure I'll be back ♥️ Lisa helped strenuously and gave tips on travel, thanks. 😊
