You will have access to a brand new large studio apartment, which is naturally divided into a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a full-height sleeping area upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, a dishwasher can be found, as well as an oven/microwave and a coffee capsule machine. The apartment has a spacious bathroom, and for a larger group, there is also the possibility to sleep on the sofa bed. Ratikka 9 brings you almost to the doorstep!

This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!

Seaside cottage

The seaside cottage is by the sea. The view is really nice as it looks at the sea all the way to the horizon. You can go for nice walks or swimming. Perhaps in the winter on a walk on the ice. Perfect spot if you have your fishing gear with you, or a canoe or SUP-board. The cottage works well for family, couples or just traveling alone. The place is also fine with small pets that do not shed. A sauna and reasonable amount of wood free of charge to warm up the sauna and smoker +fireplace outside.
