The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Whether by bike, car or public transport - in a few minutes you can reach the capital Bregenz. The proximity to Lauterach train station makes it possible for you to be on the shores of Lake Bregenz or the festival grounds within 15 minutes of the property. In a leisurely 15-minute walk from the property you can reach the beautiful quarry lake "Jannersee" directly in the Ried nature reserve. Perfect for a city trip or a relaxing vacation. Also ideal for skiing and hiking!

The apartment is located in our family home – my two daughters with families as well as my husband and I also live here. Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation.
