Very spacious, comfortable, impeccably equipped, excellent 4G network coverage, the house offers everything you need to feel at home. The large fenced garden was a real plus for our two doggies! The views from the house are great wherever you are and the sunsets are beautiful! The many amenities available (raclette, bikes, foosball, chess...) have made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is ideally located for exploring the surroundings: Lac d 'Etival and various hiking departures within 10 minutes of the house, most of the sights only 30 to 45 minutes drive. Clean, full of equipment, parking spot and view to die for.

Fantastic stay for a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well furnished, comfortable, just what you need to feel good for 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night :-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, a stone's throw away and easy for all ages, restaurants and supermarkets nearby… in short… no complaints… only happiness :-)

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is very nice, it feels like home. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace. We recommend it.

Friendly owners who do everything they can to make guests feel good. This is a lovely holiday home, everything was very clean and tidy. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or work stays. Fully equipped property with a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with very large space and comfort. We had nice weather and were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and terrace with lake views. It's also a good place to start cycling tours in the area and enjoy Lake Geneva between Thonon and Evian. It was an unforgettable stay and we had an amazing time. We loved our internship stay with our young people, it's to be done again and we will be back.

Friendly host. Listing as described and very clean. Small enclosed lot, convenient when you have a dog like us. Quite complete amenities. We didn't have a network problem as mentioned in the other reviews but a priori it's recent and also depends on the operator. (Bouygues ok apparently) Many hikes can be done by walking from the cottage. Quiet space. Pretty area. Thank you, have a great stay 👍🙂

The location of the accommodation is really perfect for lovely walks without taking the car. Easy access to the lake, village center 5 min away. The accommodation is spacious, the grounds are well fenced, our dog loved it. Adrien is very friendly and flexible with checkout times. Despite a bit of unpredictable weather, we really enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant stay in a small loft overlooking Lake Geneva! A small cozy nest for a single person or two! All the amenities available to be quiet during the stay! No complaints

Excellent stay at Amber's, everything was perfect in every detail. Beautiful environment with a great view of Lake Geneva. Very nice bright accommodation with all the equipment offered in the description. Very nice small garden with car location to park. We highly recommend this rental which has a lot of major assets and a discreet but responsive host when booking. Thanks again to Amber who allowed us to have a great stay in Switzerland and its surroundings.

We had a great stay! Linens, towels and soap/detergent were provided in large quantities. The apartment is cleaned and the kitchen superbly equipped. When we had a problem with the heating, the owner was there immediately and helped us. The view directly onto the lake is fantastic, but the only thorough road leads directly past the house, so it can be heard very loudly on the balcony. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the apartment, we felt very comfortable

We came for a family winter vacation. The host communication was outstanding. Ruth’s apartment was as spectacular as on the picture. Beautiful view, convenient location, very comfortable and clean apartment. Montreux it self was a little quieter than we hoped for a New Year celebration, but train station is within a few minutes walk and we took wonderful trips to Gstaad for skiing, Lausanne and Vevey. I have to also mentioned that Samantha was extremely helpful and responsive. We felt welcomed and supported in every way. We hope to comeback in the summer - Thank you !

It was lovely to be by the lake and very peaceful. it was also very convenient to be right by the station and the road without having to negotiate the narrow roads that are higher up the slopes. The place was incredibly well stocked and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Christine was always very responsive to my queries.

We had a great evening at Jérôme's place. Everything was as listed on the listing page. Breathtaking view as if we were feet in the water, small beach in perfect calm, all comfort and beautiful balcony facing the water. Thank you Jérôme

a great stay spent in this beautiful area the accommodation is clean nicely tastefully decorated the bedding is comfortable and despite the traffic on the main street we find calm the view is just incredible we'll be back with pleasure everything was perfect Thanks to Thomas for his warm welcome and good advice go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed with the place

I had a very pleasant weekend, the accommodation is impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated, the place is secure despite the road which is close… Claudine is welcoming and warm. The lake view is extraordinary.

Great place to stay. Bolia was great to deal with. Even though we didn't speak each others languages we could communicate via Airbnb, Whats App and text messages easily. The combination of an old building and modern but not too modern interior was fantastic. Really peaceful and comfortable. Across the road from the chocolate factory but couldn't hear any noise. Nice walk up to Broc for the Coop, bakery etc. for supplies. Easy bus journey to Gruyere and the H R Giger museum and bar etc.

We enjoyed staying in the bungalow very much, the location under the tall old trees is very relaxing - also the proximity to the lake was perfect. We felt comfortable and welcome. The nearby restaurant was also a delicious change to not having to cook. Thank you very much - we would be happy to come back.

Beautiful stay in the Jura with attentive hosts In a peaceful setting, very clean cottage and thank you for the little attention to our arrival with the lighted wood stove creating a beautiful cozy and warm atmosphere. We recommend it.
