The property, planted with olive trees, and other water self-sufficient plants offers various places for relaxation under the shade. Moreover, the half basketball court (official size) equipped with lights gives the perfect setting for enjoying sports during days and evenings. The house itself underwent a full renovation in 2018. Respect has been paid to original materials and traditional forms at the same time aiming to meet the most demanding needs in terms of comfort and elegance. Property Description The property is located in a flat area ideal for walking and biking to the beach. Arriving in front of the stone fence, you are welcomed by a gated drive with space for at least 4 cars. The surroundings of the drive is planted with various trees such as olive, lemon, pomegranate, almond and pistachio trees which are in season at various times of the year. The house with its’ stone-paved surroundings, is situated at the end of the drive and in the middle of the property, far enough from the nearest road to offer privacy and tranquility. The surrounding areas feature courtyards and barbecue facilities. The courtyard with its stylish white marble dining table promises relaxing moments under the shade of a huge olive tree. The rest of the property is dedicated to sports-lovers and kids of course. We couldn't ask for a better location for our 3 nights stay in Athens with a small baby, right in Plaka and walkable to the Acropolis and other sites. Despoina and Kostas were very friendly and accommodating with a crib for us and quick responses. The property is as described, decorated tastefully and fitted out thoughtfully for a city break. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Athens!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a small welcome gift for us. The house had everything you needed for a peaceful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

We had a wonderful stay in Athens at Irene’s place. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. It was in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of the Plaka district and the Acropolis. Irene was very friendly and helpful. My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

I had a great time at this property. Located in the 6th floor you have a great city view, Acropolis being visible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is an amazing experience at night. The place both smelled and looked clean, and in my experience the host did the little extra to account for a great experience - which it really was. Good instructions, easy check-in and access by app. Overall a really good stay at this property.

Location and view from property about as good as it can get. Superb. Acropolis, restaurants, bars, shops all close by. Street outside clean, well lit and buzzing but not too noisy and felt safe at all times. Apartment extremely clean and well looked after Stelios a helpful, friendly guy. He organised a taxi for us to and from the airport. Much more expensive than using public transport but quicker and safer and especially in the heat a much better way to travel.
