We absolutely loved staying at the apartment. It was in a great location, walkable to everything, and on a quiet street. Sophia was a great host who provided helpful recommendations for restaurants, markets, and activities in the area. We would stay at the apartment again.

Staying at Bloou's home was so good, I did not want to leave, I felt right at home. Beautiful decor, fluffy towels, extremely comfortable bed and a chef's kitchen. The neighborhood was perfect, less tourists, yet so close and walkable to everywhere. Additionally, a bike was provided. There were more amenities at my disposal then my actual home. Bloou is the best host I've ever had, always provided me with suggestions, and he even came by to freshen up the flowers, I feel like I have a new friend in Amsterdam. Bloou went above and beyond what hosts normally provide. All of the neighbors were very nice as well. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

What a fantastic apartment. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal and then around 15 minute ferry journey to central Amsterdam. Monique was a really great host and communicative from the first time I booked the apartment right throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Amsterdam. The place is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and full of charm. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, making us feel welcome from the start. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only a 15–20 minute walk from the city’s most vibrant areas. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It’s worth noting that, like many traditional Amsterdam homes, the apartment is spread over three floors with narrow stairs—something to be aware of if mobility is an issue. One small point to consider: one of our group members found it a bit difficult that the bedroom couldn’t be completely dark in the morning. This didn’t bother the rest of us at all, but if you’re extremely light-sensitive, it might be good to to bring a sleep mask. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again!

A fantastically memorable stay in Amsterdam; we were so lucky that Bart & Carole's place was available. Our family loved getting a taste of what life could have been like living in a famous Amsterdam canal house. An easy walk to the Anne Frank house, the Flower Market, the Albert Cuyp market, amazing restaurants...And our hosts were so kind; we had every amenity. And it was a luxury to sleep in a king-sized bed in the master! Perfect for our family of 4.

De attenties bij de ontvangst en de vriendelijke host gaven ons direct een erg warm gevoel. Het huis ligt in een levendige gezellige buurt en toch hadden we hier totaal geen last van in de slaapkamers. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en konden de vogeltjes horen vroeg in de ochtend. Misschien komen we nog wel eens terug met ons gezin.

Gospodarz wypełnił lodówkę niespodziewanym poczęstunkiem napojami oraz winem, co nas miło zaskoczyło. W mieszkaniu było dużo miejsca, było ogólnie ładnie. Troszkę zmarzłam w nocy, ale w gorące dni będzie super. Słychać było kroki mieszkających nad nami oraz jak ktoś używa wodę, ponieważ dom jest dawno wybudowany. Napewno bardzo ładny ogródek. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny Gospodarz.

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!

Tolle Unterkunft! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist größer als auf den Bildern, das Bett ist sehr bequem und der Whirlpool ist überragend. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, man erreicht Leiden und Noordwijk in ca. 15 Minuten und Haarlem in ca. 30 Minuten. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles :-)

We Gad a wonderful Time aboard Laura and John’s boat. Beautiful and calm neighborhood, yet easily and quickly accessible by bike from Amsterdam city center. Would highly recommend !

Nice accomodation, nice host!

4 jours dans un petit cocon, le logement est très agréable à vivre et a des pièces avec de grands espaces. Idéalement situé, nous avons fait notre premier jour à pied et la suite à vélo, en prenant le ferry gratuit pour atteindre le centre ville. Les petits plus du logement : le parking en sous terrain, le garage à vélo, la piscine en rooftop (7,5€ par personne). Fleur et Jordy ont été très sympa, avec de bonnes recommandations ! Au plaisir d’y revenir 😁
