Amazing location! Everything you could want is within 15 minutes walking distance. Safe area. There are no curtains in the living room, so if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed there is lots of light in the morning and it gets fairly warm during the afternoon. The workspace is great and internet is fast. It is mostly quiet, but you can hear airplanes, cars, and other city sounds. Ear plugs are recommended for light sleepers. The appliances worked well. There isn’t a toaster or a colander, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to cook. Cozy space. Would definitely stay again. The space

Clean, quiet & comfortable accommodation close to amenities like shopping, groceries, bakeries & restaurants. If you're into the nightlife, a short 10-15 minute walk will take you to many bars & nightclubs. Communa 13 & the downtown core are an easy 30-45 minute walk. The small kitchenette is well equipped, the bed is comfortable & the deck provides a small outdoor space to enjoy some sunshine. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Paul’s! It feels a little more local than other spots in Laureles, so if that’s what you’re looking for it’s great. There’s a plaza nearby with food stalls, fruits and veggies and meats, which was great to have so close. It can get a little loud outside, but we were there in December so it probably depends on the time of the year, and Paul was great at letting us know of any neighborhood parties going on that would be loud. The place itself was very cute and clean, a perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city. Paul was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful with everything. I’d recommend if you want to be close enough to the cool spots in Laureles but a little farther away in a local neighborhood!
