The area has fantastic views of the Lyng Alps, with opportunities to see the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer. There are good hiking opportunities in the immediate area. Popular mountains for randonees. From the property you can go directly up to Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá is also nearby. Short distance to other mountains. Wood fired Sauna and grill hut. Bicycles, snowshoes. Beds are fully made.

Romslig hus med god plass og egen sauna og bål stue. Huset er i et luftig område i vakre Lyngen. Under 2 timers kjøretur fra Tromsø, inkl. fergetur på 20 min. Nær tur-og fjellområder for tur/ski entusiaster. Mulig å se nordlys fra huset. Huset passer godt for 2-6 personer, men passer også, for opp til 12 personer samtidig. Det finnes et bad med dusj, toalett og servant. I tillegg finnes et ekstra toalett med servant. Det finnes en sauna og et bål/grill stue. Det er IKKE mulig å lade el-bil!

We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Ny, flott hytte med nydelig utsikt!

Om dette stedet: Hytta er helt ny og spesiell. I kjøkken og stue er det store vindusflater og og svært høyt under taket. Utsikten er derfor spektakulær og må oppleves. Du kan høre og se havet fra terrassen, fordi hytta ligger kun 50 meter fra havet. Du kan parkere bilen nesten helt ved siden av hytta. Det er derfor veldig enkelt å ta hytta i bruk. Bagasjen kan du bære rett inn i hytta.

Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.
