This apartment is a great place to stay for those looking for an affordable place outside of Rome and right next to the beach. The train station is easily accessible and convenient. The apartment was in excellent condition when we checked in and enjoyed our whole stay. I would recommend Pierpaolo’s place to other fellow travelers.

We were totally happy with our stay at Stefano's and Lucia's appartment. The checkin was easy via key box (and Stefano's instructions), the appartment super cozy (+the beds were comfortable) and everything in Anzio can be reached via walking (although it's roughly 15 min to the city core / the beach). We stayed in March in enjoyed the sunny terrace and the proximity to the sea. Will be happy, to visit again! :)

Manuel’s Airbnb was awesome and we would highly recommend it. We used it for our last couple days before getting to the airport. Only 10 minutes away from the airport great location or when you’re entering, we’re leaving Rome.

It was perfectly located for our stay and met and exceeded our expectations. Parking was also very easy. Lovely view of the beachfront as well as close proximity to station and therefor allowed good access to Rome. With Thanks!

L'une des plus belles maisons où nous avons séjourné, aussi propre que sur les photos. Nous avons été accueillis par Alessio, le fils de Nadia, un jeune homme très poli. Je pense à la louer de nouveau l'année prochaine. Je la recommande vivement. Una delle case più belle in cui abbiamo soggiornato, pulita come nelle foto. Ci ha accolti Alessio, il figlio di Nadia, un ragazzo molto gentile. Sto pensando di affittarla di nuovo l'anno prossimo. La consiglio vivamente.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé .Simonetta et son fils sont extrêmement dévoués et disponibles à la moindre demande.Le logement est très propre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Simone è un ospite molto gentile e premuroso. La sua casa è tenuta molto bene e pulita. Nei dintorni vi è la possibilità di svolgere attività all’aperto (corsa e MTB) nella vicina pineta di Castel Fusano: uno dei parchi più belli di Roma. Per chi ama l’archeologia vi sono, a pochi minuti di auto, i magnifici scavi di Ostia Antica e il relativo porto romano di Claudio e Traiano. Penso tornerò. Ciao e grazie di tutto.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Siamo stati in questa villa per un addio al celibato ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica! La villa è stupenda, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, super disponibili e molto flessibili sia per il check-in che per il check-out, il che ha reso tutto ancora più semplice e piacevole. Consigliatissima, torneremmo sicuramente!

L’appartamento di Roberto si trova a davvero due passi dal mare, con a disposizione sia una spiaggia libera che un Lido storico con bar e ristorante. Dentro la casa è arredata con gusto, molto pulita e in una zona silenziosa, a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale - una piacevole passeggiata in piano.

We used the train a lot. Rome took about 40 minutes by train. 15 minute walk to train station. Rome was so busy that it was great to get back to Lido Di Ostia. We loved the town and walked all over. Lots of great restaurants close by and gelato stores. Everyone was so friendly. We did find that on the train that the Ostia Antica stop had an archaeological site. It is 4 km long city. We really loved it. It is a whole town from 2500 years ago. That was one of the best places we visited. I felt terrible leaving because it felt like home. Would highly recommend staying there.

la signora Marisa è stata molto accogliente e nel suo appartamento ci siamo trovati come a casa, con chicche vintage sparse qua e là la posizione per le fiere di Roma è quanto di meglio sono mai riuscito a trovare tornerò sicuramente

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Eur bölgesinde konferansımız olduğu için bu bölgeyi tercih ettik. Ulaşımı son derece kolaydı. Otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde ve 15 dk içinde ulaşabildik. O bölgede işi olanlar için tavsiye ederim. Ev merkeze uzak fakat bir otobüs ve metro aktarmayla bir saat içinde ulaşılabiliyor. Muhit son derece sakin. Çok yakında küçük bir market temel ihtiyaçları karşılıyor. Yakında üç dört de güzel restorant mevcut. Büyük bir avm ye de oldukça yakın. Ev güzel bir konut içerisinde. Sakin ve temiz. Hiç gürültü ve mahremiyet problemi olmadı. 4 yaş oğlumuzla çok rahat konakladık. Ev gayet temiz. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. Bütün eşyalar sorunsuz çalışıyor. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve cana yakın. Tüm talimatları eksiksiz açıklıyor ve sorulara çok çabuk ve içten cevap veriyor. Kendisine tekrar teşekkür etmek istiyorum

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
