This is the accommodation where I stayed for a day before going to the airport. Privacy was very well protected, and most importantly, it was close to the beach, and the neighborhood was clean and quiet, so it was perfect for ending the trip. The house was as tidy as described, and it was pleasant and safe. The host was also very friendly and quickly answered any questions. And they booked an airport shuttle for me, so I was able to resolve the heavy luggage issue. Thank you.💓

Getting to the apartment from the airport was a little tricky, but that wasn't her fault, the people at airport had us going to 3 different locations. Valeria met us outside and let us in. The apartment was nice and fully stocked, the terrace peaceful and lots of plants. There was a fluke with the hot water and Valeria came over and fixed it. Valeria was very responsive, gave recommendations, helpful, friendly, and welcoming

It is a very pleasant accommodation... equipped with everything you need. And... sea, shops, metro station... everything is nearby. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out worked out just fine.

This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.

I stayed at Francesca's for one night, a very cozy, modern, clean and tidy house. When I sleep outside I usually bring my sheets, but this time I forgot them 😔

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. We loved our one-night stay here. Close to the airport for our layover. Neighborhood felt very safe and walkable to the train station and restaurants. A short train ride to Ostia Antica Paolo was a fabulous host. Helpful with transportation and flexible check in. He gave us great recommendations and explained everything in the apartment. The apartment was modern and very comfortable with everything we needed for a lovely stay. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in the Garden District of Rome! The apartment was spacious, clean and full of special attention, such as a candy basket, a great selection of coffee and tea, and even a massage chair. The large and enveloping balcony offered spectacular views of a park and quiet but lively streets. The closed section with glass walls was perfect for relaxing with a coffee. The area is quiet, with great bars, restaurants and a gourmet supermarket. Although a little far from the center, the bus line makes getting around easy. The owner was kind and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a relaxing retreat with every comfort and a great balcony, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended! Five stars!

Amazing views of the lake! Peace and quiet. Very quiet, very comfortable to sleep at night. The property is an old building of 2 floors with high ceilings, spacious and comfortable. This is not a modern hotel, but a place with history and charm. It added flavor to our vacation. The house was very clean with everything you need. Self check-in was very convenient and clear. Hosts are always available, attentive and good-natured, answering all questions instantly. There is free parking nearby, where there is always a place. The village of Nemi is a 5-minute walk away, where there are cafes, restaurants and just beautiful views. The village itself is very colorful and atmospheric.

The apartment is perfect! It has everything you need for long stays of more than a week and more! Very well equipped, all the amenities in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Washing machine, clothesline, oven, utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. etc.! The rooms are huge and with excellent heating! If you come by car, you have your parking spot or 4 blocks walk to the buses. The area is good for walking and enjoying the peace and nature in the surroundings, especially the road to Genzano, which is beautiful! Highly recommended! We'd come back a thousand times! Thanks to Stefania and Marina who welcomed us and were attentive to our contact upon arrival and departure. Everything worked out great. We spent 3 wonderful weeks!!

Quiet and peaceful area. The accommodation was smaller than we expected, but suited us perfectly. The beds were great. The beach was just outside the patio gate, wonderful nice sand beach. There is a small shop right by the apartment, and Abdul who worked there was incredibly helpful. Since the communication was bad, he drove us the times we wanted to go somewhere. If we ever come back to Torvaianica, we will be sure to stay here again.

The place is very welcoming: a real home! It really feels like staying with friends. The owners are extremely helpful and extremely responsive. Having arrived that it was already dark, I struggled to find the accommodation but, as soon as I wrote a message to receive more precise information about the location, the owner appeared and kindly accompanied me to the house. He then showed me how much it took to get to know to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Absolutely worth repeating!

beautiful apartment with private jacuzzi, perfect for a short relaxing stay near Rome. The interior spaces are not very large and could be a bit limiting in case of bad weather, but the terrace and the tub are completely worth the price of the accommodation. The host is available and precise, definitely recommended!

The place was really perfect! There was nothing wrong at all. All instructions for check-in were easy to understand and went smoothly :) The accommodation and the complex were also really very well maintained! The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

We preferred this area as we had a conference in the Eur area. It was super easy to get around. We were able to reach the bus station within walking distance and within 15 minutes. I would recommend it for those who have business in that area. The house is far from the center, but it can be reached within an hour with a bus and metro transfer. The neighborhood is extremely calm. A small market is meeting the basic needs very soon. There are also three or four beautiful restaurants nearby. It is also quite close to a large shopping mall. The house is in a beautiful residence. Calm and clean. There was no noise and privacy problem. We stayed very comfortably with our 4-year-old son. The house is very clean. Enough kitchen supplies. All items work smoothly. The host is very caring and personable. She fully explains all the instructions and answers questions very quickly and sincerely. I want to thank him again
