Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

It is a very clean and well-equipped condo. It is a 1-minute walk to Bts. It is 10-meter walk to 7-Eleven. It is a 24-hour walk to a chicken restaurant. It is a 2-minute walk to a local market. It is good because there is no smell of air conditioning in the condo and there are no mosquitoes at all. BTS is right in front of us, so it is good to look around the city, and there are many local restaurants nearby. I recommend it. It takes only 20 minutes to get to Asok Station. It is faster than a car.

A Hidden Gem for Adventurous Souls! My stay with Balloon in Bangkok was both peaceful and full of discovery. While the location is a bit off the beaten path—even by local standards—I actually loved that about it. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and into the real rhythm of Bangkok. I rode the BTS, hopped on the MRT, and explored neighborhoods I might have otherwise missed. Grabs can add up if you’re relying on them too much, so if you’re feeling brave, hop on a motorbike taxi—it’s the best way to beat the traffic and feel the city’s pulse. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and felt completely safe. The security team was exceptional—alert, helpful, and even gave me a sweet farewell when I checked out. It was honestly endearing.
