Monthly Rentals in Lat Phrao

5 stars all round from me and if I could give more, I 100% would. The apartment looks like its new and was spotless when I arrived. The separate bedroom is always a plus and loads of storage space in it too. The kitchen is ideal for "simple" catering but the 8.5kg washine machine in BKK's heat was a real bonus. There are also 3 driers at ground level which are free to use two times a week! There are 2 (very cold and very effective) air con units and the bathroom is great with a very decent shower. The hosts work in the condo "sales office" next door which is great because they are there all day and it takes away the hassle of maybe being early or maybe late. They were a great bunch - super friendly and very efficient, taking great pride in their work. I was there for 3 weeks and they just left me to get on with things without constant checking - thanks :) The location is perfect for BST and the young cleaning lady keeps the rest of the building immaculate. Cant wait to return.

Fully worth the price, used Grab bike to get to closest BTS station. Walking would have been 30min. Calm area, easy check in and checkout, Nui responds very fast.

Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

An exceptional host — truly one of a kind. I stayed at Oom’s place for several weeks, and I can confidently say she’s one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Always responsive (answers within 10 minutes), attentive, kind, and incredibly professional. She doesn’t just host — she genuinely supports you. Need advice? She’s there. Administrative help like the TM30? She handles it. A small issue or simple question? She replies quickly, with kindness and clarity. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well-located, and comfortable. But what truly made the difference was Oom’s amazing energy and care. A real gem. I highly recommend her without hesitation, and I’d gladly come back. Thanks again for everything, Oom!
