The house is souranded with beautiful garden and there is a parking place right in front. The nearest supermarket and bakery are 300m away. Post office, pharmacy and bus stop are nearby.

Predrag and Niksa are excellent hosts and excellent people. Niksa even gave us a ride from the Kotor bus station to the Unit. We are working remotely and stayed there for about 10 days. An extremely clean unit with excellent Wifi. Supermarket and a couple of restaurants are within walking distance (the Italian restaurant was my favorite, great food and prices). You will need transportation as the bus is unreliable. Niksa arranged a scooter for us, 1 week for $140 euros. Totally worth it, you can get to Jaz beach in a couple of minutes, downtown Budva in about 10 minutes. Had a great time, highly recommended.

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

החדר של איוונה היה נעים ומודרני. הכל היה מאוד נקי ומסודר. התקשורת עם איוונה הייתה חלקה נעימה ומהירה, היא הייתה זמינה ונתנה מענה מיידי לכל מה שהיינו צריכים. מארחת נהדרת. החדר הרגיש יותר קטן ממה שהוא נראה בתמונות אבל בסופו של דבר זה לא מאוד הפריע. השכונה היא שכונת מגורים שקטה כך שאין מה לעשות ברגל במרחק הליכה, צריך רכב או לקחת אוטובוס שנמצא במרחק רבע שעה הליכה ויש בתדירות בינונית, איוונה עזרה לנו להבין את הפרטים של האוטובוס. חשוב לשים לב שמדובר בספה נפתחת ולא במיטה זוגית אבל היא הייתה יחסית נוחה ומרווחת. בכל אופן בהתחשב במחיר ששילמנו זו הייתה עסקה מעולה.
