We stayed at Enea's Cottage, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Santa Valley, and we couldn't have asked for more. My partner, our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter and I spent peaceful and relaxing days, surrounded by nature and an atmosphere of total peace. The cottage is cozy, well-kept and perfect for those looking for tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. Enea is an exceptional host: always available, attentive and genuinely hospitable. We felt welcomed as a family. A place we really recommend for those who want to unplug and enjoy the authentic beauty of this valley.

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Monia's place works very well for a long term stay. It's a very silent and peaceful area. The home is quite modern with nice style and has what you need for daily living including an ok desk for remote working. Note, that the wifi does not span the full house but easily fixed buying a cheap wifi repeater. Perfect with several outside sitting areas and the upper terrace. Daily shopping and a few restaurants is within 15-20 minutes walk. Only missing a good local bar for your afternoon Aperitivo - here you may need to drive down town. The location is perfect for trips to Roma (1 hour with train) and trips to Assisi, Spoleto, etc. Monia is a very good host. Flexible and quick responses when needed. we stayed 2 nights, cozy cottage with all the comforts described, Mr. Gianni and his wife are exquisite, kind and cordial people, they also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delightful porch from which to admire the view. Super recommended loft, we will definitely be back!
