No permito fiestas ni botellones. Limpieza perfecta incluida.Mucha luz,barrio tranquilo,metro enfrente,te encantará. Especial para parejas o gente que se examine de examenes, no hay ruido ninguno.Caben 3 personas sin problemas. Wifii. Superequipado. No olvide encender el armario de las botellas de colores.Para aparcar, hay zona verde y azul de pago,alquilo parking por un precio módico, siempre y cuando no lo necesite yo. Ojo, reservo fin de semana completo, entre semana un día.

This cozy, eclectic apartment was centrally located to so many amazing attractions: Prado, Reina Sofia, Botanical Gardens and Plaza Mayor. We found delicious food within minutes, we particularly enjoyed TKO tacos! I highly recommend this apartment for 2 people - capable of climbing several flights of stairs!

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a todos los sitios íbamos a pie. La cama comodísima, hemos descansado de lujo y la ducha perfecta también. En la cocina había todo lo necesario, muchos detalles en los cajones. En definitiva, repetiría sin duda por el descanso y la ubicación. Por supuesto, María Teresa fue muy amable y comprensiva, tuvimos un retraso en la llegada a causa del tren y nos atendió con el mejor trato.

Absolutely superb stay combining the tennis with a city break. Perfect location with an amazing view of the City but close enough to walk in. The local area had a great market for fresh fruit etc and great coffee. Adela was really helpful and responsive but not intrusive. Will definitely book again if visiting Madrid. Had everything we needed.

Muy conformes con el departamento . Es mejor que en las fotos y supera la descripción. Estaba impecable y muy limpio. Había dejado muchas cosas de utilidad para nuestra estancia. Pudimos descansar en silencio por las noches. Al que le gusta caminar, está cerca de todo: Puerta del Sol, la gran Vía, Plaza mayor, la estación de tren etc. todo en un radio promedio de 1 km a la redonda. Supermercados y lugares para comer bien cerca. Para ser totalmente sincero, la zona no acompaña con el ambiente de gente que deambula en algunos momentos . Hay que alejarse unos 200 metros y ya se pone más linda. Igualmente no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Será nuestra opción cuando regresemos a Madrid. Recomendable!
