I highly recommend this apartment. It is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very neat and clean, the kitchen and the apartment in general are very well equipped. What we liked the most is the dining room on the balcony that allowed us to enjoy the ocean view. Regarding the host, María Fernanda was very friendly. Whenever we had any questions, she answered very quickly and very clearly, providing all the necessary information about the apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable and easy to access, really equipped with everything you need to spend a few spectacular days, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds! The terrace is a luxury! We were delighted, we will definitely be back!

The apartment is very well located on the coastal edge, offering privileged views of the sunsets. It is close to a supermarket, making it easy to shop to stay in the place. Claudia is a very good and understanding host and although we did not meet her in person, she was very quick to respond to our questions and requirements. In our case, we request the use of the interior jacuzzi of the building and she managed the reservation by us. The instructions for entry to the apartment and the use of the building's premises were very clear and we had no problems. Recommended place to escape the city and enjoy the sea.

Everything was impeccable

The views must be seen in person as the photos do not do them justice! This is a beautiful location on the side of the hill. I expected the home to be smaller just because the neighborhood is dense, but the home is quite spacious inside. We were 5 adults and were very comfortable. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance and Ubers can easily be summoned. Bart is a great host and was responsive and helpful.

Very nice apartment, with some details typical of use and time (loose keys in the master bathroom), but overall a very good option. We were a little scared when we realized that it was next to some buildings that were in danger of collapsing, but nothing happened and except for that initial scare, it then became something anecdotal. Tatiana is very friendly and we will gladly return in the future, since the Cochoa area is very nice and quiet.

Cesar's apartment is excellent, the amenities, the view is exceptional!! Beachfront, at night seeing the lights of Valparaíso is charming, the sunsets are wonderful, all this can be seen from the balcony terrace that is spacious, comfortable, equipped with armchairs, a table with chairs that allowed us to have breakfast overlooking the sea, enjoyable sunsets and as a plus a grill where we had a barbecue! The area where it is located is privileged, near downtown Reñaca, but far enough away not to hear the noise from the place. The apartment is very well-equipped. César is a host who is always attentive to any need, super friendly. Thank you!

A very nice place in a nice location. The rooftop deck was a treat, as was the view. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A great location to explore the hills and easy enough to get down to the flat area and civic plaza. Benjamin responded kindly anytime we had a question.

We chose this apartment to attend the Viña del Mar festival, it has an excellent location a 10-minute walk away, there are restaurants, businesses, with the subway leaving the building with an excellent ocean view. I 100% recommend renting with Chelo, it was a very good experience.

Everything was excellent! From the comfort of the apartment, the location and that magnificent view with the seagulls flying around that captivates you. It has all the utensils you need in the kitchen. Daniela was always very friendly and attentive to my questions, we'll be back!
