Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Las Pocitas

Nice place to spend days with the family. The beach is just a short walk away. The pool is the best. Lots of rooms. Lots of kitchen space to store. I would recommend leaving places to shop by delivery and tb restaurants to try. Otherwise, we would really like to come back. It's also pet-friendly and the puppy's great.

Great value free-standing home with a front garden and covered porch (where we spent most of our time, occasionally visited by friendly iguanas). Really nice inside layout. Large rooms (one open-plan upstairs and one closed downstairs) with their own bathrooms. Large ground-floor living area and compact kitchen. Very simple furniture and appliances but adequate and comfortable. Great, safe location on a quiet street with quick access to the beach and main road. Prepare for mosquitos in this region in December. Enjoyable beaches and food experiences. Host communication was excellent.

As described! We had a very fun vacation, always entertained with everything the house offers, such as the pool and games! It is a very spacious place and one of the best locations in Mancora, very close to the beach. The house is very well maintained, I definitely recommend it.

The place is just like the photos, spacious, excellent view and the architecture of the house is great. Sergio took very good care of us from the beginning and gave us all the tips for a good stay. 100% recommended

We stayed 10 days in total at Lautaro's house. The house is very comfortable. Simple but has everything you need for a family vacation. It's a few minutes' walk to the beach, it wasn't that terrible walking with kids. Also, if one wants a pool there are many places nearby to go where minimal (cheap) consumption is paid and can be used. Lautaro also provided excellent care. He was quick to respond when we needed something and was always very attentive to the recommendations and contacts he gave us to move within the city.

It takes me an excellent experience with my family. We enjoyed an excellent vacation thanks to Stephanie and Edgar. The place is super amazing and very good waterfront location. There is access to everything, the apartment is 10/10 and the best part is that the beach practically had it for us. It's an experience that is definitely worth repeating again. Thank you very much Stephanie and Edgar, we have some nice memories with my family.

Beautiful place. It is very modern and the facilities are very nice, with a beach theme. The kitchen has everything essential to cook for at least a week. The spacious refrigerator, the kitchen also has a desk and mini living room as well as a small space to eat on the deck. The rooms are spacious, well lit, ventilated and due to the bed structure, it prevents dust and sand from getting into the whole space. What I loved most was definitely the hospitality and how prepared the place is to welcome children. Karla was very, very helpful and kind to my 2-year-old girl, she has a very nice and comfortable crib. I offer you a hooded towel ideal for children. I offer a whole bucket of toys for the house and for the beach, also many books. My baby, I'm having an amazing time❤️❤️ I would definitely come back, I love the place. It's close to the beach and the whole complex is full of showers and spaces to rest outdoors, do yoga.❤️

excellent location, we accessed by car we found parking in front. Mariano was always attentive to communications to help us. Easy entry and with security. The accommodation was on a third level, we found it impeccable, according to the photos, very cozy suitable for up to 6 people comfortably, beautiful view from the terrace.

The house is just like the pictures, the layout of the space is very good, it is quite ventilated and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and very comfortable. It's a beautiful condominium, with a very family atmosphere where you can enjoy a lot with peace of mind. The Airbnb is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to eat inside the house, but there were also very good restaurants very close by and at good prices that Patricia recommended. Very close to the beach, just across the street, very easy to find with the references they provided. It's a place I would definitely go back to with my family. We all left very happy. Communication with Patricia was very good and constant, always ready to help.
