Vacation rentals in Las Palmas

We didn't want to leave anymore. The apartment is just like in the photos, the amenities are super modern and new. The kitchen has everything you need and was very tidy and sparkling clean. Breakfast among the fruit trees overlooking the mountains was our highlight. Exceptional is the quick, personal, helpful and totally sympathetic communication with the hosts. We have never experienced this before. It was all perfect !

Everything was perfect, from first contact to departure. Particularly noteworthy is the warm welcome and farewell that we never had in any accommodation in this form and we have really traveled a lot. We felt absolutely comfortable, like at home. The house itself is also great, offers everything you want for a pleasant holiday and was impeccably clean. Of course, the view of the sea and the surroundings was also great. I'm sure we'll be back.

Visited Puerto Rico on 7 previous occasions and looked at this apartment thinking how cool it would be to stay here. It didn't disappoint. It was amazing. Everything about the place was brilliant. Location, views, space inside, proper internet, brilliant aircon in living area and the two bedrooms, great kitchen with all the things we needed, two toilets always a bonus and a private sun terrace at the back of the apartment with two sunbeds. There is a dedicated parking space for the apartment, that was ok with a small car. The only thing, and it's a small thing, was maybe they could add umbrellas on the roof top terrace and one on the private terrace at the back of this apartment. But overall amazing stay and we will return. Thanks so much for a great stay.

We had a nice stay at Carolina's place as a family with three children. The apartment is very centrally located, equipped with everything you might need and parking was always available in the street. Communication went well. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the house, the pool, the bbq and the beautiful view. The location of the house is ideal to explore the island with both the north and the south only 30 minutes drive away. The "insider tips" (among others Playa Quemada and the nearby Teleclub) made it complete. Hope to come again for kitesurfing at Famara.

The apartment was clean and as in the pictures. The apartment had all the basic necessities and more. Each room had own air conditioning/heating. The best part of the apartment was the balcony, it is huge, sunny and the view is amazing! The Loma Verde complex was really fine and the pool area was nice. The apartment and the neighborhood are quiet. Joe was a friendly host, he replied fast, the keys were handed over personally, water and wine were waiting for us. The location is on a hill, so there is a lot of climbing... We only missed blackout curtains, a smoke alarm and extinguisher, and "home and neighborhood guidebook". Fantastic two weeks!
