A relaxing cottage directly by the sea designed and built by Florencio Pérez who worked closely with César Manrique. New to Airbnb, this escape from the everyday has been in the family since it was built in the early 60s and contains works by local family artist MargaMod. With waves rolling by outside the front door and views of La Graciosa, Montaña Clara and Alegranza, this perfectly situated cottage is a place to relax and reconnect with nature - wonderful for writers and inspiration-seekers.

It is a very nice accommodation with beautiful mountain views la Muda and the small village of La Matilla. The west is divided by the sea in the distance and some impressive sunsets that achieve every sunset an expected moment and instant to enjoy its large terrace with barbecue, taste good coffee or good wine with island cheese.
