Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Las Palmas

Loved staying here, definitely a good decision not to stay in the middle of the town. Lovely and quiet, pretty gardens, pool etc. Walking distance to a good supermarket and restaurants The apartment was spotless, Hector couldn't have been more helpful.

Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt in dem wunderschönen Haus von Ivonne. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich inkl. Außenbereich zu unserem Haus war wunderschön und gemütlich. Strandhandtücher lagen ebenfalls bereit. Sonnenschirme, Kühltasche etc. konnte man alles nutzen. Für Kinder gab es Spielzeug, Hochstuhl, Kindergeschirr und Bettchen. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick auf die Berge war wunderschön. Vom Pool aus konnte man auf das Meer blicken und den Sonnenuntergang beoachten. Ivonne gab unser super viele Tipps und war immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Den Pool konnte man gegen einen Aufpreis aufheizen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich genossen. In Las Brenas selber kann man nicht wirklich etwas unternehmen. Das Restaurant war auch nicht zu empfehlen. Ein PKW ist Pflicht um an die angrenzenden Orte zu kommen. Im Restaurant in Salinas ( 5 min) haben wir mit einem wunderschönen Blick, sehr gut gegessen. Liebe Ivonne, lieben Dank dafür.

The best thing about staying here is the view from the balcony, it's even better than the pictures! The accommodation was incredibly clean, the lady who cleaned (sorry we didn't get her name!) did a brilliant job and also checked us in and out, she was really friendly and worked around our flights to meet us. Philipp and Eka's communication was excellent, with helpful and fast responses. The area is really peaceful and we found it a lovely walk of about 20-30 mins to get to Playa Del Ingles. Will definitely be back!

Davide and Sabrina were great hosts and were easy to communicate with. Sabrina checked with us to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we had everything we needed and was helpful with any information we required. They were very accommodating with allowing an early checkin following our early flight time. We would happily stay here again.

Myriam’s appartment will absolutely not disappoint! We have stayed in Puerto del Carmen a number of times and this has been our FAVOURITE stay so far! :) The interior of the appartment was gorgeous and it was absolutely spotless! We had everything we needed for our stay and the appartment is so well equipped and has anything you could possibly need. If you are looking to stay in a quieter area, I couldn’t reccomend more! My sister and I love traveling to Lanzarote for a more relaxed holiday and the location of this appartment was perfect for this! Myriam met us on arrival and went through everything with us and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a week of bliss in Myriam’s appartment and there isn’t a thing we could fault. Thank you so much for such a gorgeous stay!! :)

Maurizio was very helpful and extremely communicative. His wife was so kind to drop off some pliers so we use it to open our luggage. Place was super clean, fully-equipped with everything we needed and slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Will definitely be staying here when am back in Las Palmas!

We had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place. The flat is in great location, close proximity to the dunes, there are plenty of places around to eat and rent a car. The flat is very clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Loved it!

The villa is great for a peaceful week in the sun. It has everything you need. The pool area is great. Very quiet neighbourhood. There is a taxi rank on the hill outside so it’s easy to get into town/the marina.

Das Appartement war sehr liebevoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Es war sauber, hell und freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war von Anfang an sehr hilfreich, sehr genau und sehr freundlich. Außergewöhnliche Kleinigkeiten als Willkommensgruss waren vorbereitet. Unser Fazit: jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Increíble Villa para pasar unos días de desconexión. Lo mejor es la piscina privada para poder disfrutar del sol del sur de Gran Canaria.

We like the house, there Is everything you need for comfortable holiday. There is silence, you can park your car behind the house, you can swim on the beach near the house, 5minutes walking, you can eat your food in the sunny terrace. It is good starting point for the treks in mountains. Thank you that we could be there.

Die Unterkunft ist schöner, als die Fotos erwarten lassen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grandios. Das Licht taucht die karge Landschaft in wechselnde Farben. Die Couch der Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich. Grill und eine Auswahl an Weingläser sind vorhanden. 2 kleinere Kühlschränke mit 2 Gefrierfächern ist mehr als ausreichend. Im April war der Pool bis ca 17:00 in der Sonne und gerade noch warm genug um zu planschen. Simbad war jederzeit via Whats-App zu erreichen und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Navigation mit Hilfe Google maps und seinem Link war optimal ! Für die kühleren Abende gab's einen smart TV im Wohnzimmer. Wir werden wieder zurückkehren und können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Desde el primer momento fue todo perfecto, Marisol contactó conmigo antes de la llegada, luego siempre hubo comunicación fluida. La casa esta genial, todo tal cual se anunciaba. Viajamos con 2 perror que lo pasaron genial en la zona al aire libre de la casa. Seguramente repetiremos.

Fantastic house on a small street within easy walking distance both to the sandy beach and to the rocky beautiful area off the town. Very friendly hosts, always responsive. And the house itself - brand new, very comfy beds, fully equipped and very spacious, with the “inner terrace” with jacuzzi a great highlight. Definitely recommended!

Ich kann die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Manuel ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der meist direkt antwortet und bei Fragen gerne weiterhilft. So einen Service hatte ich bisher noch nie. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und man hat dort aufjedenfall seine Ruhe. Was ich aufjedenfall empfehlen würde ist ein Auto, ansonsten kommt man kaum dorthin. Was wichtig zu bedenken ist, die Unterkunft liegt im Norden dort ist es ein wenig kälter als im Süden :)

Wir hatten im September fast zwei Wochen in dieser schönen und tollen Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt ganz oben, auf die „richtige Seite„ mit Blick zum Leuchtturm - ist komplett renoviert, und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung und Farben der Wohnung sind sehr geglückt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet – u. A. mit großem Kühlschrank & Tiefkühltrue. Das Bad verfügt über eine große Duschkabine, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Auf der Terrasse gibt es Sonnenliege und mehrere Gartenmöbel – für schöne Stunden mit schönem Ausblick. Wir haben uns in Josefs Wohnung sehr wohl gefüllt. Was wir besonders toll fanden, waren die beiden Deckenventilatoren, die eine angenehme Temperatur und Luftstrom in der Wohnung gab. Das war besonders nachts sehr toll. Noch einen Hinweis: Beim Einchecken wird eine Kaution von 100 Euro erhoben. Wir waren mit der Wohnung von Josef sehr zufrieden – und werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Ana has a beautiful apartment in the old town of Las Palmas. The highlights of this area are all within walking distance. The kitchen is very complete with all the things you need. It was great that Ana provided coffee, tea, fruits and water. I absolutely appreciate that. We were travelling with a baby, a cot and care products were available, making this a great place to stay with a family. Two things to keep in mind is that it can become warm in the apartment so you need to open the windows, while in the city there is always some noice coming from outside, like cars and garage doors. The other thing is parking, in the street this is only for residents so reach out to Ana for details on before hand. Great apartment, kind host, clear instructions so I would definitely stay again.

Philip kiváló házigazda. A szállás jól felszerelt és tiszta. Könnyen elérhető busszal. Nem messze tőle van egy szupermarket, egy pizzéria, éttermek. Aki még nem volt Gran Canárián, Maspalomas a sziget déli, napos oldala, sok napsütéssel és strandolási lehetőséggel (mi februárban voltunk).

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. vous êtes a moins de 10min de l'aéroport, avec une place de parking privé dans la rue juste derrière l'appartement ( important car jamais de place dans les rues !) l'appartement et au RDC, il est très propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir bien ( même les draps de plage !) 2 terrasses à l'abri des regards et une machine à laver. vous pouvez tout faire a pieds au besoin, supermarché restaurants ( de typique à italien, ou par exemple philippin à proximité, et sinon avec la voiture a 5 min centre commerciaux grands supermarchés. perso nous ne sommes pas allés voir la plage car tt les jours nous étions autre part et l'emplacement est parfait pour voyager la journée vous êtes de 15 a 45 min de tt les lieux sympa. le soir c'est très calme aucuns soucis pour dormir. ils sont flexibles, et réactif bref je vous recommande a 100% ce logement !

Der Ausblick ist unglaublich schön! Nazaret an sich bietet nicht viel außer 1-2 Restaurants und deshalb mussten wir für alles das Auto nehmen aber da Nazaret ziemlich mittig auf der Insel liegt, konnten wir alle Orte in Lanzarote relativ schnell erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr süß eingerichtet und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt ☺️

Great location, puerto de sardina is such a beautiful area. The host was available to welcome us and was quick to reply if we had any answer. The place was clean, nice terrasse at the top. Thank you very much
