A beautiful apartment in a beautiful city, fantastic value too, we were very lucky to find this place! We arrived a little later than planned due to some weather issues but Maria was more than happy to meet in the evening without any complaints. She also has a fantastic guide document with all of the information you need for Mendoza - there's no point doing any research yourself, save yourself some time, she has it all covered. We loved the place so much we immediately extended our stay after the first night. The area of town is beautiful, so quiet and peaceful but with beautiful wide streets to stroll down at any time of day. The apartment itself is so nice, has a lovely 'lived in' feel, in the best way possible, lots of lovely little touches to make you feel at home. The place was absolutely pristine too, rarely stay in somewhere so very clean. You can tell there's so much effort gone into maintaining the home. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend to anyone 10/10

The location and space is exactly like the pictures and description. The apartment is bright and airy and the patio is amazing in the evening. Boris was always very responsive to questions and was fun to get to know. He and his family live downstairs and are available for any questions or ideas. I would highly recommend and we look forward to a return visit someday.

This beautiful, serene garden apartment has become my “home away from home” and I’ve booked it a bunch of times and absolutely feel peace when here. It’s spacious, has a lot of natural light throughout, and has a beautiful sunroom overlooking a garden that always has butterflies that come to visit. Very safe neighborhood, very close to many restaurants, cafes, and I think Yanina is one of the best airbnb hosts I’ve encountered. She has great energy and always goes above and beyond for her guests. I highly recommend this airbnb!

The location is perfect, easy to walk around and close to several restaurants. The apartment was clean, fragrant, comfortable bed and clean bedding. Kitchen utensils met very well. Always swift and courteous communication. I would certainly stay again.

Very spacious and comfortable stay. Lots of natural light from windows. Shutters help keep the morning light out, which is great. WiFi is strong for remote work and video calls. Conveniently located by a mini grocery store and a cafeteria. Quiet neighborhood and nice surroundings.

Had a great stay here. Well located super close to the centre of town and 1 block from the Plaza Independencia. The place looks just like the photos. Sebastian was friendly and super helpful, my arrival flight was delayed until very late but he was very happy to wait and meet me at the apartment for check-in, great host!

We really liked the accommodation and would definitely come back. It matches the photos, the view is very beautiful, and the setting is quiet. Walkable easily to downtown. Check-in was flexible and they always communicated very kindly.

The apartment is perfect. It has everything you need, impeccable, everything works Perfect, super clean, comfortable. The spacious garage to leave the car is quiet. We really liked this place. In the same block was a wine shop with great staff, a chocolate shop and a deli. What more could you want? The apartment is close to many different bus routes and the buses are very easy to use and run often. A perfect location. The apartment was spacious and clean. We didn’t cook but you could if you wanted. I would stay again.

Not only did he rent us his house in Mendoza, but he opened the doors as if we were part of his family. Literally! He introduced us to his people, gave us recommendations for everything (places, food, walks) and made us feel right at home from day one. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfect for working, with good internet, ergonomic chairs and everything you need for a long stay (we stayed 45 days and didn't want to leave). It's in a safe neighborhood, with supermarkets, bus stops and shops nearby, plus a beautiful park for walking every afternoon. If you're looking for a place in Mendoza to feel welcome and with all the amenities, this is the place. We will certainly return! 🎉🔥

Ignacio was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in a beautiful building with mountain views and very close to the big and beautiful San Martin park. The grocery stores are very close. It is about 30 minutes walk to the popular restaurant area in the downtown, but one can take an Uber very easily as well. I would recommend this property.

Excellent Apartment with Incredible Views of the City and mountains. Loved Everything About This Place.

Everything was great in this apartment, we spent a whole month . The only thing was that the metal mesh on the drain in the bathroom was not screwed on and constantly flew off, so the pipe in the bathroom was always open. The hostess offered to fix it, but I don't think it's right to solve housing problems when guests have already stayed there. Such things need to be done before new guests check in.

The accommodation has a unique view It's perfect to stay and from there go out to explore the city and the wineries

Very responsive, clear instructions, the flat was as advertised and a lovely welcome bottle of malbec was a nice touch! Location was fantastic, right near the main park and loads of restaurants and bars within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Would definitely recommend

The apartment is divine, very comfortable and functional. The view is open and panoramic of the city, the sunrise is beautiful and at night you can see all the little lights. A few meters away there is a complex with restaurants, cafes and a mini-market. 100% recommended, we'll be back..!!!

The apartment is very nice. The view is absolutely amazing. We were very comfortable! It's very safe and the market next door is very good. The only thing to improve in the apartment are the bathroom curtains. We should look into that because the bathrooms get quite wet. The rest is amazing. Highly recommended. I'll be back
