Vacation rentals with a sauna in Las Condes

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Very comfortable and with all amenities. It is located in a very nice area of chili in front of Parque Arauco and 300 meters from the mall. The amazing view. Mauricio, the host always responds instantly and is attentive to any concerns. I would definitely go back to that place.

A nice, spacious 2-bedroom apartment with plenty of storage—ideal for a longer stay. However, some furniture needs replacement soon, such as the dining chairs, whose cushions are completely worn out. Sitting for more than 10 minutes becomes uncomfortable as you can feel the aluminum bars underneath. Although the mattress had a cover, it was still possible to see large stains on it. The location is excellent, though finding the correct tower was a bit tricky. Additionally, Oasis was unable to set up building access for international phone numbers.

Enjoyed three weeks in this lovely apartment, located across from a large park. The apartment is spotless, well equipped, and the location is excellent. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Parque Auroco mall within walking distance. The host is super friendly and helpful.

It exceeded my expectations, the building is wonderful with amenities such as a pool on the 39th floor and an indoor pool on the 2nd floor. The setting is wonderful, beautiful views, the neighborhood is safe. The only drawback is the noise from the avenues, but closing the windows solves it. Wonderful experience, I would come back!

Great flat , great location.

The apartment will forever be in my heart because of the beautiful view. Good location next to a shopping center and a couple of playgrounds across the street. Very kind and helpful host and his brother who helps him. Heating through the floor - very cozy. Highly recommended. Just in case - the second bedroom is super small, for a child 7-14 years old, but you can sleep on the sofa in the hall too.

Excellent apartment in excellent building and location. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and has everything the description says. Premium linens and towels and all the equipment in general is excellent. Ximena is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at Gaston's apartment was excellent. From the first moment, he was super friendly, attentive and always available to answer any questions quickly. I want to especially highlight their good disposition: they allowed us to enter 8 hours before check-in and also to check out late without any inconvenience or extra cost. The apartment is very nice, super comfortable, with two spacious and complete rooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. In addition, upon arrival, welcome gifts were waiting for us, a detail that really added a lot to the experience. The building is spectacular, with a sauna, pool and gym, and is located in a very nice and safe area. And as a finishing touch: being on the 37th floor, the views of the city are simply amazing. I really felt like I was in paradise. Thank you Gaston for everything

Really nice place and convenient location

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thanks to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

We really liked the place with my family, we bathed limb in the pool and the jacuzzi my daughters enjoyed limb. the second floor is spacious, very good disposition don Manuel with the issue of check-out, nothing to say, we would go again.

Place with an excellent location, safe neighborhood, close to metro, malls, stadium and green areas. The place exceeded our expectations regarding space and amenities available, I recommend it for a several day stay.

Sebastians house is absolutely next level, so well designed and comfortable with so many things to enjoy. I was there with my family, with two kids under 4 and they loved the play room and home cinema, as well as the trampoline and huge backyard. My husband and I loved the sauna and hot tub as well. The location is great, very close to parks and restaurants and shops, and not too far from Las Condes, or from Valle Nevado for a snow trip. Sebastian was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
