Regarding the house. It has all the amenities and is located in a beautiful and quiet area. Minutes from Sky Costanera and several businesses. I also want to highlight the service that Max gave us, who, although we could not meet him, was available for everything 24 hours a day. We will definitely be back!

Rosana's kindness and willingness to answer all questions and to coordinate check-in and check-out were excellent!!! She was always attentive to the messages we sent her!! Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The house is very nice, has good security and is very comfortable. What I loved most is the attention to detail, I found things in the house that I had never seen in other places I have rented, for example, different board games, condiments in the kitchen, shampoo and soap, several extra rolls of toilet paper, extension cords in the rooms, heater and trash can in each room. First aid kit, etc. The more I looked at the house the more I liked it. And the owners' attention was exceptional. I had left my coat and they called me to go get it. I would come back without thinking

We had an amazing stay at Alberto and his wife's place! We spent more than two weeks there with my family and were extremely well received. They are wonderful people, always attentive and helpful, making our experience even more special. I highly recommend their residence for those looking for a cozy and comfortable environment. I'm sure you've seen the photos and have thought: this place must be too good to be true! This house was chosen very carefully after going through many options and reading through lots of reviews - The views from this house blew all other options out of the water. We chose this place as our home away from home as we got ready to celebrate our WEDDING in Santiago! Both sets of in laws, siblings, and us -- We truly could not have chosen a better house!! One thing that you won't see in the photos is the care, support, and responsiveness offered by Allen and Geert. Checking in was a seamless process and whenever we needed ANYTHING, both hosts had immediate response times and made sure that everything exceeded our expectations. You are located in a very safe neighborhood and are surrounded by pristine views, gardens, statues, and a relaxing pool. Thank you Allen and Geert for your incredible hospitality, this certainly won't be our last time at Casa Geist!

Everything was fine, the area is the best!

Second time I've rented and it's just excellent, very central, lots of activities nearby, just the detail of a little outside noise from the neighborhood but nothing that can't be rested.

The location is very good, very busy, away from the historic center, but very close to offices and large buildings. Walking (3 blocks) you can go to the mall and the sky coast. There are bars and restaurants nearby, in front is the tabolaba market, with many options for eating and shopping as well. The carport is on the ground floor of the building, roofed, camplia and there is a 24-hour doorman to attend the entrance if necessary. The apartment is super spacious, you notice that it is a few years old but it is very well maintained. We recommend. We stayed 6 days 4 people very comfortably. You have access to the subway if you need to. Caminando (20 min) you reach Cerro San Cristobal (teleferico).

The apartment is impeccable, very clean and modern, I recommend it 100%. It has a coffee maker, hair dryer, kitchenware, books, a desk, in a word it's spectacular. I am so pleased with the welcome bottle of wine. The apartment has a beautiful view of the neighborhood. The elevators work well, the surveillance staff are friendly and they guided me about the inquiries I made them. This uniquely close to two subway stations, in short she is delighted.
