Small but cozy place in a great location. Perfect for a short stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything smooth and easy. Ideal if you’re looking for something simple and well-situated.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main squares and sights. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well-equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thanks to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

As seen in the photos, a spacious apartment for 3/4 people. The kitchen is very well stocked and that super sofa is the best, and when you think that one bathroom is enough, a second one appears to improve your stay. The shower has good pressure and the double bed is very comfortable. Excellent theme and ambiance that give a feeling of warmth plus a beautiful panoramic view. Possible points to improve: other types of chairs for comfort and air conditioning. Marianne is very kind, helpful and available from the start. I would definitely pick it again.

Excellent apartment in excellent building and location. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and has everything the description says. Premium linens and towels and all the equipment in general is excellent. Ximena is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Second time staying in the apartment, it feels like home, it has everything you need for several days of stay, walking 5-7 min from the entrance to the national stadium in the back area where the contact center is, you can walk safely in the area.

The place is great, super close to the subway and restaurants. The fact that you don't need a key and have an electronic lock is also great. Two pieces of feedback that I think are valid: have a blackout curtain in the bedroom and leave at least one bottle of water for when the guest arrives. Other than that, the apartment meets the needs for a short stay.

Great place, very clean, organized, it is compact, but it is easy to identify the place, easy check-in, hot water, several utensils. Great location with a few blocks from the Santa Isabel subway, corner with pharmacies, conveniences around. I recommend it 100%. Amazing view of the mountains too.

Check-in was a little confused. They didn't know why I was there. Called Rodrigo and it got sorted instantly, though. After that, everyone waa very friendly. The apartment itself has a great view of the city and surrounding mountains.
