On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a single bed. Spacious basement living room, bathroom and laundry room. Pool + trampoline. 6 beds + sofa and inflatable mattresses. No partying and quiet hours at 11 pm.

Kun 2 km utenfor Stavern sentrum er det laget et hyttefelt som heter Jahrehagen. Her har vi bygd en hytte som var ferdig i juni 2020. Hytta har 4 soverom, 2 bad med dusj, stue, kjøkken og loftstue. Ute har det to store terrasser med tilhørende gressplen. Hytta ligger helt inntil fellesområdet, hvor det er satt opp volleyballbane, cageball, minigolf og stor lekeplass for de yngste.
