Farmstay vacation rentals in Larvik Municipality

Beautiful traditional Norwegian house nestled in the Guro farm. They welcomed us warmly, inviting us to explore the farm, to pick tomatoes and grapes. Finding everything you need for breakfast was a very welcome courtesy. The location is great for flights based in Torp.

If you like personal contact, this is the place to be. Ida is warm and uncomplicated The ferry to Denmark from Larvik is quick to reach. In the area there are swimming and hiking opportunities. We were there in a family group and would recommend it at any time and go back.

It has been a great pleasure to enjoy the place and the surroundings. For those who enjoy riding bikes either road cycling or mountain biking 🚲, it is amazing. The landscape and area is calm and peaceful, and really holiday vice ( rest and relax). Thanks to the host for caring and sharing. Our warmest recommendations 🌞🏊🚴

We had fun with mulled wine! Very cozy summer cottage. Easy to find. Good parking. Very nice to not have to bring towels and bed linen. Everything you would need in a kitchen was there. Cheerful landlord, who was who gave us flexibility. Short distance to both Nevlunghavn and Stavern. Would love to come back 🥰

Laila was very hospitable, she brought us around the farm and introduced us to the horses. The cabin is as per the photos. We enjoyed the stay very much.

We were well received by Siri in the cozy farmhouse on beautiful Vesterøya. There we had a nice stay, surrounded by silence and magnificent nature Fresh vegetables😊, local eggs and lovely apple juice was to be bought at the neighboring farm close by 😊 A short walk it was also down to the sea, and the wild sheep that grazed on the property became popular with the 🐏 smallest farmhouse of Siri on Vesterøya really recommended a visit 😊

Great place in quiet surroundings. Perfect to relax. Clean and tidy. Quick and good communication with Heidi. We highly recommend the place and are happy to come again.

For those who love to enjoy nature undisturbed and/or swim, this is the perfect location. Except for a single resident on the other side of the lake Klostervannet, you won't see anyone here. I felt like I was out of the inhabited world. Erik and his wife have decorated the cabin very personally, I suspect they stay there often myself. There is a good stove with oven (bring your own oven bowl), a nice fireplace, a barbecue, several places outside to sit and a jetty and a rowing boat by the lake. There are games for the children and they can also indulge themselves with scavenger hikes, tree climbing, running, etc. If they have a bike with them, they can cycle back and forth here without danger. There is gas (the refrigerator also runs on that) but no running water and electricity. Erik had 50 liters of drinking water for me, which was more than sufficient. And for when dark, there are numerous candles and tea lights and lighters at all. I would also like to experience winter here!

We had a really great stay at Ove's house. He is really nice and helpful. The house was ideal, a perfect place if you need some peace and quiet. We will definitely come back 🙂
