Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

We will be happy to make you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Your little home

As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been fully renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The courtyard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
