The apartment is located in a quiet street, no restaurants or bars open at night nearby, making it generally quiet. On weekend nights, there might be noise from partying people passing by the street. Come and enjoy the Montpellier hinterland in this cozy and quiet accommodation. The 57 m2 villa is independent and surrounded by a private garden with terraces and jacuzzi. It consists of a large living room, equipped kitchen and large bedroom (160 cm bed) with dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower. You will also have access to a beautiful swimming pool available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and its warm patio.
