The apartment was very clean and comfortable with the home decorations make you feel that you guest at home and not a hotel. This was very important for us, especially when staying for six days straight. Andrey supplied clear instructions on how to use the apartment and what is recommended in the area and in general. What we loved about the location is it was not too far away from the Airport and Larnaca city center, yet very quit neighborhood and walking location from a super market. Andrey was also very helpful and assistive with issues that we communicated to him. The only down side we found is the Cyprus public transportation schedules from this location to the city. There is a single bus to the airport that need to be timed exactly because the next one comes after an hour. If you stay in the city until the late evening time, you should use Bolt to order a taxi. I would definitely recommend the location for couple that is looking for a quite and chill location.

We had a good time. Small issues with the hot water, but we found help in half an hour. The only thing that was needed was a vacuum cleaner and a toaster. Highly recommend.

We've had a wonderful family stay here in oriklini. Zoe went out of the way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Thanks alot. It's very peaceful and yet still very close to restaurants, shady park and supermarket. Neighbours here are all so friendly and welcoming too! Highly recommend this bnb. I found the host to be very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Much appreciated!

Georgia is very helpful with everything! First of all she upgraded us to a bigger place due to some constructions to the original one. The day we arrived we were able to check in earlier than the expected time. Also she texted us every day and asked us if we needed anything and the last day after the check out she helped us to let our luggage some extra hours in the reception. The location is great next to the beach and to the center. The place is great and fully equipped. We had a great accomodation and enjoyed our vacations!

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

Emine is a great host, place was very nice seconds walk from the large pool and slides, large supermarket recently opened right next to it which is great. we had an amazing time and kids loved it. It’s few minutes drive from all the great restaurants and fun fair and all other amenities. Never seen a better host than Emine and her husband, very responsive and helpful and great local knowledge on where to eat visit etc. can’t wait to go back there again next year.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

I loved the location of the house. Since it is on the main street, it is easy to reach. Selin was really helpful in getting in and out. Thank you for everything.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The apartment met expectations. We were in 10 people and we could easily fit. Very close to the sea and two beaches, nice promenade. Behind the apartment a well equipped supermarket Petros. Effortless street parking. Parking is also available. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator available. All rooms with air conditioning. There are 3 very large terraces, where you can easily sit and eat breakfast, even our entire team. The host responds to questions almost immediately. Lots of warm linens, super warm blankets, and towels. Overall, the apartment is well-equipped. The only thing I would advise is updating the photos of the apartment, because the ones available on Airbnb are from a good few years ago.
