The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

The house was lovely and clean, with air con in every room and all the utilities you could hope for. The pool is clean and heated, and there is private access to the beach at the end of the road. The hotel next door has facilities that can be used by non-guests, including a spa. There is a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside for trips further afield. All in all, a lovely house in a great location.

After a last minute flight cancellation this was the perfect villa for a group of us to use as a stopover. Very spacious and great facilities

Haven House is a delightful holiday home with all mod cons, Great Internet and TV.. It catered for our every need, A real home from home.. Situated in close proximity to corner shops, Bakeries and eateries and a short walk to Finikoudes Beach.. My kids loved it , from teenagers to a 9 yr old.. This hidden Gem is tucked away in the old Town,and is situated in a dead end road , so it’s safe for little ones to play outside the doorstep literally .. Most of all Host was impeccable in making sure we were happy throughout.. Thank You Haven House

This house is embracing its guests - which applies as well for the host (figuratively) - with its warm atmosphere, comfort, decoration and inspiration. Even in the kitchen is enough space to dance not only in the main sitting areas! Perfect for 2 singles as we have been, great for small and big families! The outdoor areas cater for every wish: sun or shade, behind or in front of the house, sitting under olive tree or near the lemon one, barbeque or run around with your dog . Only the morning traffic or nightly motorbikes and especially the so called "Easterly fireworks" were unpleasant for my dogs as we are used to silence. To sum it up: we will come again! We absolutely recommend it! Its an outstanding place to be!

I recommend it to everyone. It was close to everything, we walked to the center in 10 minutes, quiet place. It was clean and a very nice house. We were there for 5 days and we didn't have any problems.

Located in a village in the mountains, very quiet, with a fantastic view of the sea on the one hand and the really beautiful mountain panorama on the other. There is a large balcony facing the sea and a mega roof terrace. Sun worshippers will enjoy themselves. The place is basic but good. You just shouldn't be there when the temperatures try to undercut the record low - because it's not designed for that. The only surprising thing is the consumption costs, which are additional. 65 euros for two weeks water and electricity are not exactly a bargain. But Elena is a very sweet and touchingly caring host.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything went smoothly, and the communication was excellent – fast, clear, and very helpful. The location is outstanding, especially if you’re planning to visit the Merit Casino, but it’s also convenient for other activities. I was completely satisfied and would gladly come back. Lovely secluded place and walkable to both the beach and the shops. Enjoyed the stay and the owners are extremely helpful / responsive. Recommend a stay here if you’re going to Protaras.

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

Stayed at the Stone House for 5 nights. Loved the house and the stone work. Comfortable, easy to find and had everything you needed. Dizem responded to all enquires, I didn’t have many as been coming to TRNC for 22 years. Would definitely come again and recommend the house if you like tranquility, its not far from anywhere but may be advisable to hire a car even though you can catch a dolmas from the main road.
