Excellentissimo communication. The best I've had since I first subscribed, in 2016. Couldn't have found a more helpful and responsive host. The city is reachable within 10-15 minwalk and so is the beach. All in all: a great stay. ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach, with stunning sea views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the view of the beach/sea and having breakfast on the patio was a highlight of our trip. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in an amazing location—perfect for our group of four and close to everything we needed for the week. A suggestion that could make the experience even smoother for future guests: - A second set of keys would be helpful, especially for groups. Overall, a wonderful place and we’d stay here again! We were delighted to stay in Elena’s place. It was super clean, with numerous nice touches and a lovely view from the balcony. We loved the little coffee machine and the fact we had all the amenities to cook a nourishing breakfast. The apartment is only a short walk from Larnaca’s main strip and Mackenzie beach. Would definitely recommend and come back to Elena’s place in the future.

Christos was an exceptional host, arranging our airport pickup and always quick to respond. He gave us plenty of excellent recommendations for nearby spots, from beaches to restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and in a peaceful location close to the center, with a lovely balcony perfect for relaxing. His hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We’d give this stay 5 stars without hesitation and would love to return!

Great stay. Amazing terrace for relaxing. The apartment is clean and spacious. The only thing I could complain about was the wind, but that's not the owners' fault :). I recommend it. A wonderful place to rest and reset.

Nice stay for an overnight layover in Cyprus. Very nice place and would definitely recommend. Host was very attentive.

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

Great stay, to be done again with pleasure. In addition, Pieris is always responsive to my messages. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Fantastic apartment! Very smooth check in, the location of the place is central, you have everything next to you - beach in 2 mins, all sort of shops/kiosks/groceries, restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is super cute, spacious and has everything you may need. The beach towels were also provided which was super convenient! Nikolas and reception staff were very friendly and responsive, thanks a lot !

The appartment is clean, modern, well-equipped, with a beautiful view on the sea. Actually it's right on the beach. The old town is in walking distance along the coast. Everything went smoothly, we had a great time, Ustay was easy to reach with any question.

The apartment is amazing. It is very spacious, has 2 bathrooms, livingroom is very big and kitchen is fully equipped. A big plus for the whole design. Next time I visit Larnaca I would stay here again

We had a wonderful week-long stay with our family. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions, making everything smooth from the start. The apartment was easy to find and perfectly located just a 5-minute walk to a clean, spacious beach that’s great for kids. The sea view from the apartment is beautiful, and there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Another big plus was the private parking which was very convenient, and we always found a free spot. There are also many other beaches that can be easily reached with a short car ride, which gave us lots of variety during our stay. Highly recommended!
