Had a wonderful stay with family, the villa was everything we wanted and more. The outside area was fantastic with a large pool, plenty of seating with a bbq area. The inside of the property was clean and spacious and had everything we required. The villa is situated in a quiet location which was perfect for us, there is a lovely bakery a short walk away and a beautiful little beach just a ten min walk away. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance and the bus stop is right outside the villa with bus running every ten minutes, you can travel in to Pernera, Protaras, cape Greco and Ayia Napa. There is no doubt that we will be returning to this villa.

He greeted us with a friendly and smiling face. His house was very clean and he thought of every detail, he is an extremely thoughtful, friendly person and his conversation is pleasant, he is a positive energetic person. He was a very good guide for us about the places to visit in Cyprus and provided support for everything we needed. We stayed at his house for 1 week and we really felt at home and had a peaceful and enjoyable holiday, thanks for everything Aslı🙏🏻

it was very easy and in a perfect place in terms of location. I can say that it is very good except for two small pruz. It also responds to the messages in a short time.

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. Great location, 5 mins walk to the beach, friendly host, spacious villa, there are everything for living even tumble dryer, terrace and little garden. Highly recommend.

The villa is located on top of the hill and has no neighbours around - the location is very private and quiet. You can view Germasogeia dam and the reservoir from here as well as mountains on the other side. The house itself is spacious and well-maintained. There are a plenty of bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms with additional space for rest and work. The WiFi is working perfectly everywhere with the speed enough to watch videos, be on video calls and work remotely. There's also a small gym with machines working well. The pool is really big and the summer bar has working TV and a soundbar which is nice to spend evening with bbq grill :) Overall one of the best places I've stayed in - highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our time at the flat. The resort area was great, with a few good restaurants and pool/water park. The flat was clean and in good order, with everything you need. We’re already talking about going back!
