Beachfront vacation rentals in Larnaca Bay

Terri’s Villa was beautiful and truly had everything you could need. It was spacious, clean and made you feel right at home. We loved the pool and access to the beach. Our children loved the space to run around and play. Really helpful to have a high chair and cot too. The location is in a private area so quiet and a lovely private beach. However there isn’t much around within walking distance so you definitely need a car to explore further afield. We had a great time and would love to come back if we’re in Cyprus again.

Angela is a super friendly and always available host. The place was also mega clean and totally beautifully located. The beach was right next to the property. I can recommend the place with full conviction!

Dora has a great place, we had a wonderful stay! It was clean and spacious and right on the sea which was lovely to wake up to in the morning. Dora was very responsive and helped us with the house alarm when needed. One point to note is that the description states that the garden is fully fenced. The front space is but the back garden is not fenced but we kept our dog on a long line so it didn’t matter. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend.

We got earlier and saw the cleaning crew in action. I was very impressed, they were washing and disinfecting everything including the fridge door and the door frames. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The beach is very close, 2 minutes by foot. There are also a couple of friendly cats who might visit you. The host is extremely responsive, replying within the minute to every question I had. From Larnaca Airport it's 20 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-50 minutes by bus. The bus station is in front of the apt complex. We were pleasantly pleased by the apartment. There are some things we would improve: mosquito net at the bedroom window (we had mosquito repellent device provided by Marina), a big mirror, brighter light in the bathroom. It would be useful to mention in the description that there is no shower kit provided (everything else was provided). There are a couple of beautiful paintings signed by Marina which add personality to the room.

The stay at the apartment was incredible. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation, with the city quiet and filled with charming local tavernas. The apartment has everything needed and offers a stunning view of the sea. The host was extremely responsive and ensured a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place!

An incredible place by the sea, with a private access to it. Quite and well located, not far from big hotels, yet none of their nuisances. Nice beach coffee places close-by and a good restaurant. The windows of the appartment give on to the back of the building, and the terrace is on its side (you have a view to the sea, it's quiet)... all of this is ok, given the very reasonable price. The appartment was extremely clean upon arrival, plus a bottle of wine : thank you!

A realky "Great Value Stay" for us, as a couple combining hybrid working pattern and seaside relaxing moments fmin our 5days'stay in Cyprus. 4+people would be nicely accommodated as well, all hosted nicely in private pool and in bbq! All the facilities & ammenities we asked for, either in or out the house, where right there for us. Hostess has been very attentive to us all though our pre/during visit, providing guidance on extra services and on activities for our pleasunt and experiene. Already making plan to come back this year!

The villa is in a quiet area only about 5 minutes to the sea, beautiful. Great pool, everything very clean, Andreas was always available, very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can 100% recommend this villa. A wonderful vacation, thank you very much for that.

Other than there not being much hot water for showers, the property was very nice and location is great for a relaxing holiday by the beach.

A lovely place to explore Cyprus! It’s essential to have a car though, especially during off-season when all the restaurants in the neighborhood are closed. The next supermarket is a 15-min drive es well. The house is like it looked on the pictures and perfect for a family holiday, as it has 3 double rooms and a room with 2 single beds. We stayed there with our parents and loved it! The ocean is very close (just 2 min by foot) which is very nice. Maria was very responsive and a welcoming host, always helping out when we had trouble getting the water hot for example and couldn’t manage the heater. All in all, I would definitely book it again.

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

Maria is one of the best host you’d ever meet! Very very friendly ans pleasant to speak to. The villa was great. Had ABSOLUTELY everything. Like even things you wouldn’t think an airbnb villa can have. Great amenities if you’re travelling with a baby. Our 8 months old daughter enjoyed it so much. From basic ones like baby chair for etc to all the toys and even skincare 😁 i wish we knew that so we could travel very light. Very very close to the beach and it’s truly amazing. 3 supermarkets nearby. We did enjoy cooking and using the grill outside. Highly recommend 💚💚💚 Thanks again!!!

This place truly feels like Heaven on Earth! The view is absolutely stunning, and if you're into jogging or long walks, there’s an 8 km well-kept coastal path right outside the door that leads to Fig Tree Beach and beyond. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, which made cooking easy and convenient. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and spacious—definitely a nice touch. No matter the weather, the large windows and balcony let you enjoy the scenery all day. Several beautiful beaches are nearby, with soft white sand and shallow, easy-access waters—great for relaxing or swimming. Restaurants, bars, and shops are close by, making everything super convenient. We visited in late April/early May—perfect weather and fewer tourists. My only small wish is for a way to clean the windows. One rainy day really messed them up—such a shame with that view! Still, it’s the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and recharge. We’re definitely coming back!

Chris was a great host! His instructions were very clear and he gave great recommendations for Larnaca. The place was very clean and has a great view. We had a great time.

First of all Nefino is an awesome host, very proactive in letting you know where the apartment is, how to get inside etc and all round extremely friendly 🙂 The apartment itself, if anything, looks bigger than the pictures and is perfectly suited to both friends travelling or a group of 4 - it is big enough for 4 people without a doubt. its clean, it's just off the main promenade (3 min walk max), and is very quiet. Also because the balcony is 2nd floor you get a lovely breeze through the day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here both for the apartment itself and for the attentive nature of the hosts 😃🤩

Alison was a great host. Very receptive to our needs. The amplasament of the house is amazing. Right next to the sea. You can hear the waves at night from inside. The house has everything you need to even cook yourself a meal or make a barbecue outside. I advice you to rent a car as is very difficult to find a taxi and food delivery can really be a problem as many of couriers have problem in finding the address and leaving without calling you and the result is a cancel of order. So you should better have your own car. I would like to return here someday. The beach was not very crowded and if you don't know how to swim that will not be a issue since the water is not very deep.

We had a great time at this accommodation. The building is in a very convenient location being opposite the beach, above many eating places, there is a intercity bus & airport bus stop a couple of minutes away along the beach front & its near to Larnaca sites like to the castle and church of Lazarus. The accommodation was comfortable for our 2 week stay. It has a large double bedroom & smaller twin bed room both with en suite. The living room though small was adequate for our needs with a settee, TV, small kitchenette area and balcony. The view from the balcony is of the city and the sun shines onto the balcony after midday. Joe was very responsive to an internet glitch and always got back to us quickly.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach, with stunning sea views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the view of the beach/sea and having breakfast on the patio was a highlight of our trip. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

We had a lovely stay here we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right by the beach and many nearby bars and cafes but remained quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

We felt right at home! The view of the ocean is phenomenal, everything is clean and nothing is missing. Communication was great, check-in easy and the location great for excursions. If we came back to Cyprus, we would definitely want to stay here again.
