Great new apartment in a new house. Good location if you're traveling by car. Larnaca airport is 25 minutes away, beautiful beaches are 25 minutes away. One of the disadvantages is that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, if you come in summer it may be hot, but we were saved by an open window.

Alexandros' apartment was wonderful - spacious, sparkling clean, quiet and cozy. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioners were great and the location was perfect, a two-minute walk to Finikoudes Beach. Communication with the host was easy and simple, we always received a kind and pleasant response to every question. I highly recommend the apartment!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in an amazing location—perfect for our group of four and close to everything we needed for the week. We stayed at Chris's apartment for over a week: good location, a 15 minutes walk to the beach; nice 24 hrs bakery 5 around the corner from the accommodation; cozy flat with all modern amenities. Highly recommend for a nice break in Larnaka!

The apartment is located close to the beach and shopping area. A lot can be walked. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything in it. The communication was great, easy and very helpful! Would totally recommend the apartment!

Perfect location, near by is large beach, coffee and breakfast shops, sports alley. The studio is compact, has everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

This is actually a promising place. Everything seems new, was well maintained and very clean. As the space is in a residential area, it is a good starting point to explore the surroundings by car. There are a hypermarket, a bakery, cafes and a smaller grocery stores nearby and you can reach the Lanarca beach area and oldtown within a 10 minutes car ride. Toufic is a great host who replied within minutes and made us feel very comfortable. We had some issues with the wifi due to the infrastructure of the house that was solved within hours thanks to Toufics tireless effort. Also something worth to mention, the listing is located right next to 2 construction sites that start operating at 7.30 am. You will need some earplugs to get your sleep. Nothing that can be influenced by the host and we also got some money back for the inconvenience.

Eva was great and the apartment was very cute and spacious. The balcony is massive and it offers outstanding sunsets and a partial view to the sea. The bed was ultra comfortable and the bathroom was huge. All together a very nice little flat for two people! Could even fit nicely with a small child. Free parking on premises was convenient, although street parking is free all around, it still gives us a nice feeling to be able to comfortably park our rental car at private parking with gates. The apartment is part of a hotel type living so there is also a reception, a gym, a pool, a restaurant and you could even take breakfast with them.

Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

Great host and place to stay. Just a 3-4 minutes walk from Nissi beach and nearest restaurants, bakeries and markets.

wonderful apartment,fully consistent with the photos! there is everything for a comfortable stay, personal hygiene products, lots of towels, equipped kitchen! comfortable large bed! cleanliness! everything within walking distance,market and restaurant in two minutes walk! we liked everything very much! thank you very much to the owners for the attention!!! 😁

It approached like a brother, not the host, we were very satisfied with everything, I will go again next month, I will go back and trust with my eyes closed.

Clean and peaceful place. Transportation was easy. There is a grocery store nearby. The landlord helped with everything.

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

Really enjod our stay!

We had a lovely time here! We can't drive so we used the local taxi company to take a couple of day trips to the beach which cost €10 each way, and on all the other days we were completely happy relaxing at the Airbnb on the terrace or in the pool, or walking down to the village. A perfect relaxing week.
