The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. Le Noëlas Family: bright, spacious and quiet

In the heart of Roanne, beautiful spacious apartment (66 m2), bright and quiet, on the 2nd floor (with elevator) with two real bedrooms on the building's wooded inner courtyard. We recently renovated it, carefully furnished and tastefully decorated to make you feel good as soon as you arrive. The plus: secure and free parking in the basement of the residence (access height limited to 2 m). The city center with its shops and restaurants is a 5-min walk.

You will appreciate its geographical location among the fir trees, the birds and the stream that sing, the mountain bike, hiking (departures in front of the house), and equestrian trails (Equi'nox 1 km away). The lockable cellar can accommodate your bikes, I leave 2 mountain bikes for the brave. The outdoor space will allow you to enjoy the sun, the barbecue. You will stay in part of a fully renovated old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic village of St Maurice. The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

The cottage is located between Vichy and Thiers.

Studio close to the center

Independent studio located on the ground floor of the owners' villa. Independent entrance, fully equipped, with kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space, refurbished. Free parking Breakfast included Bikers and vintage vehicles are welcome. In order to be able to clean and disinfect the studio after each stay, guests are asked to leave the studio in the morning as long as the virus is likely to circulate.

Less than 4 km after the Salles (42) highway exit, Le Chalet is located between the historic village of Cervières and the village of Noirétable with its Casino, lake and all local shops.
