Beautiful home in the woods! The house was spotless when I arrived. We all enjoyed our stay! We ran out of toilet paper, 10 women in a house, but Alison was quick to respond. Very peaceful. I loved the screened in porch, best place to drink coffee in the morning!

This is a perfect location, just a few steps and you are on Lake Michigan's gorgeous beach. A great place for 2 couples, or a small family in need of 2 bathrooms. We didn't sit outside as it was too chilly the weekend we went, but nice outside space and so many beach supplies. The sunroom and living room had plenty of space for lounging. Found plenty of food options within a mile. The host was very accommodating with our booking request and the price was reasonable. Wish this place was ours to share with our kids!

Jill is an amazing host who is very responsive & considerate, and Bees Place is very welcoming! The home's architecture is great, it's furnished with so many interesting details, and is stocked up with various supplies & amenities that I've never had at other Airbnbs. This was such a peaceful getaway with plenty of things to do/eat locally (even if you're not going into the National Park). Tryon Farm is wonderful - well maintained, lots to explore, and most importantly I felt safe as a solo female traveler (sufficiently private without complete seclusion). My four-legged child was in her element on Tryon Farm and we already can't wait to go back!

Super selection geography-wise. Cannot beat being blocks to Lake Michigan and on the opposite side of US12. Great view as and thrifting nearby. Also, close-ish Jackie’s Cafe has peanut butter and jelly bars- a memorable taste. The property greets you with a hug of tall trees and birds calling- casual squirrels run circles around the fire pit. It’s idilic. The home is gorgeous and so clean. There’s a record player with a great speaker. Indoor fireplace works well- this home has everything anyone would need for comfort and warmth, plus more. It’s furnished extremely well and the master bed is firm. The host is responsive and kind, provides nice extras like bottled water. 10s across the board for all of these things.

Patti’s place was exactly what I needed, peaceful, serene, with a beautiful view and a cozy fire pit. I loved spending time around her horse and donkey. They added such a special touch to the experience. Patti was incredibly accommodating, even providing an extra heater, which I truly appreciated since I’m always cold. She was very responsive, kind, and polite, and I felt completely safe during my stay. I’m already looking forward to going back! Thank you for having me. 😇

Our stay was the perfect place to celebrate my 50th Birthday with my girls. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We were able to hang out on the main level with plenty of seating in both the kitchen and family room areas. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Brittany was responsive when I had questions and able to solve my problem immediately. Would definitely recommend her place!

Though it was a working vacation, this beautifully curated retreat by Meta Rose allowed us to relax, reconnect, and recharge. The blend of modern amenities with rustic charm made it feel like home, and the kitchen—my domain—was a dream for any home chef, snuggly designed yet perfect for cooking and baking. The serene surroundings and walkability gave us space for reflection and creativity, making our time here truly good for the soul. We can't rave enough about this little slice of joy and will absolutely be back! WARNING - you're going to fall in love all too easily with it!

This family was kind enough to open up their home to us for an extended stay after our family had a house fire. They were happy to help and checked in on us throughout our stay. Communication was easy and they were very quick to respond. The home is beautiful and the bathrooms and showers are amazing. Our whole family enjoyed the ample outdoor space and activities. There is pleanty of space for privacy and lots of areas where the whole group can hang out together. We are very grateful for this family and their property.

Louise's house is magical. I've never felt more at home in an Airbnb. The minute you open the door, you are surrounded by the beautiful colors in her gorgeous fabrics and rugs. Louise has thought of everything-from lots of towels (high humidity area and longer drying time), an incredibly well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and lots of different seating areas and options. The screened in porch is beyond relaxing. Early mornings on the porch, listening to the birds, was my favorite way to start the day. The neighborhood beaches (15 minute walk) were private, quiet, and beautiful. Sunset at Stop 39 is the best. The beach town of New Buffalo is only a 10 minute drive, with fun rooftop restaurants and a larger beach. A farm for blueberry picking is also close by. We hope to return to Louise's again!

Came here to celebrate an anniversary! This place was stunning - it was incredibly inviting, cozy, and peaceful. Laurel was a communicative host, sending clear instructions and making us feel welcome. We found the place was well stocked with anything you needed for cooking! It was just the two of us but would be great for Couples or a Family. The Dunehouse is well situated with grocery stores being a~8min drive or so. Getting to Michigan City was also easy! Loved our time there and can't wait to get back. Bonus: the art pieces are lovely!

We absolutely loved staying at your place! Fishing right off of the deck/dock was just amazing! My boyfriend did not want to leave!! Sierra was gracious and allowed us to check out few hours later. Robert was amazing with great communication during the whole stay. He was very kind and friendly. The house was clean as was the outside and hot tub. We had everything we needed during our stay. If we are back in the area ever, we would stay here again!

The Eclectic Retreat @ 10th & Pine

Stayed for a weekend trip to the beach. Central location, about 5 minutes drive from Mount Baldy, and 5 minutes drive from Washington Park Beach. The suite is spotless, well decorated, and has more and better quality kitchen supplies than most AirBNB options (has a full spice rack, dishes, pots and pans, and a full knife block!). Beds were comfortable and they generously provided beach towels, bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The only negatives were that it is two blocks from a train station (as is everything else with close availability to the beach) with some early morning trains that could wake up late sleepers, and a construction site across the street- the construction noise was minimal to us, and the construction should at some point be completed. We hope to stay with Jessie again for our next visit!

She recommended the Farmer’s market and we walked there. We really had no plans and I was impressed how much was around that we could walk too. We did door dash a few times because we just wanted to relax. Outlet mall was literally across the street and we did explore that. The place was comfortable and quaint. It was plenty big enough.

Place was amazing everything that was listed was there the amenities were great. They stock the bathrooms. Just walk in with your toothbrush and you’re good to go. Kirby and everyone was spectacular. Will definitely go back again very attentive.
