We absolutely loved our stay at “the dump”and rate this a 4.8! Photos do not do this place justice, it’s incredibly well maintained and perfectly beach themed with modern touches. The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed, including toddler friendly cups, bowls, plates (which was a bonus). Couch, kitchen chairs, pillows and beds were comfortable. Beach area is absolutely incredible, very large and there are shells which our toddler loved collecting. What would make this a 5 star: umbrella or shade structure for the beach when needed (it was super hot during our stay), deep cleaning of all cob webs under and around furniture, filters for coffee machine, dishwasher pods, laundry pods/detergent, luggage stands, hooks everywhere for clothes, bathing suits, towels, etc., filtered water brita or similar. Overall an amazing long weekend spent on the beach, we even added an additional day to our stay and it was super easy. Thank you so much; we will be back!!

being able to sit in the hot tub and hear the sound of the waves of lake michigan crashing onto the shore was amazing. the massage chair is something I've never tried before and it felt wonderful. the place was small and cozy, definitely worth it

Had a wonderful time staying at Dunetop Escape! The owners were very nice and responsive. Very knowledgeable about the area and made some awesome recommendations. The house was spotless and very accommodating. The house has a lot of usable space and even more sleeping areas! Loved that they made beach days so easy as they had everything you may ever need. Will absolutely be looking to book this location again and look forward to exploring more of Michigan City.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location! The cabin was beautiful and so spacious. The beds were SO comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud just what we needed after a long night of driving. The house was right on a private lake and it was so nice being able to sit by it. We spent time skipping rocks and talking and it was so peaceful. Allen was so responsive and nice and let us check in and out later, he was an amazing host! If you are looking for a cute location to spend time with friends I would definitely recommend this place!!!:)

Deborah’s place, aka Celtic Crossing was great. It comfortably accommodated our big party of 14. The kitchen was well equipped as it supported all of our meals during our stay. The place was completely spacious and never felt cramped. Would recommend Celtic Crossing and would definitely stay again.

This home is part of a beach community with other rental “cabins”. It’s a comfortable home. If you have little one’s there is a very family friendly pool. If you are with extended family there is ample room to spread out on the property so that people can go to the beach, play volleyball, hang out at the pool or hot tub. All together a great location and home.

Great place to stay if you’re going to Notre Dame football game. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Great place for a peaceful walk or jog. The fall colors around the lake are amazing.
