Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Enjoy sunsets in a fully equipped, renovated and independent 80m2 apartment with your family and friends next to the sea. The house has an independent entrance, private parking, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a balcony with view at the sea. Back porch with mountain views and gym equipment. It is 10 km from the center of Patras and 7 from the new port. Close to supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, public transport and many restaurants, bars and cafes.

Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.
