Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

Quietly located apartment (approx. 50 square meters) with separate bedroom with box spring bed 180 x 200 cm, living-dining room, small kitchen and handicapped accessible bathroom. A very nice, massive bench is right outside the door. Nearby Brückenkopf Park approx. 1.8 km Jülich city center - approx. 1.6 km Bus stop at about 300 m Train station approx. 1.5 km Highway BAB44 approx. 3 km Shopping about 300 m 45 min to Cologne trade fair, A sofa bed (suitable for children only) is also provided.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but is very bright and welcoming due to the large windows. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small courtyard, which of course can be used. To enjoy the evening sun, a garden table and 4 chairs are available. Children are welcome.
