The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjacent green meadow.
