Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen. Modernes 50m² Appartement, mit Kamin für romantische Stunden. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man für die Selbstversorgung braucht. Gemütliches Sofa mit dimmbarem Licht. Doppelbett 1.60m und großer Kleiderschrank. Schönes Badezimmer mit diversen Staumöbeln und Waschmaschine. Bügeleisen vorhanden. Balkon nach Süden lädt ein zum Frühstücken. Unser Haus ist von einem schönen Garten mit Grillstelle umgeben. Idealer Ausgangsort für viele tolle Aktivitäten.

Look at the lake and be happy

When you sit on the balcony a drink in your hand watching the sun that sinks into the water of Lake Constanze ... than - I suppose - you can enjoy my apartment at its best. It’s a new and bright furnished 32 qm apartment with a 10qm balcony. It only takes you 5 minutes downhill to the lake and another 15 minutes to the town centre, walking along the bank watching the swans and sailing boats. Or you can take the bus, which takes you in a few minutes to the centre or the rail station.
