Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

The house is conveniently located next to the road that leads to the cozy harbour village of Lundeborg. In just a 4 minute car ride you reach the harbour and the sandy beach of Lundeborg, a great spot to swim. If you’re looking for Danish ‘hygge’ and a down-to-earth place close to nature, with the forest as your backyard, you are more than welcome here!

I dette stråtækte bondehus kan du slappe af i rolige omgivelser omgivet af marker og grønne haver. Haven er lukket og derfor perfekt til hunde. Haven har 3 terrasser, masser af gamle rosen-sorter og så har den et hyggeligt strejf af "Vild med vilje"😄Står du ude foran huset, kan du se til Fyn og går du 600 meter ned af vejen kommer du til Dageløkke havn og strand. Skønne bademuligheder og en sommer-aktiv havn med tapas-cafe og en vidunderlig solnedgangs udsigt. Masser af vandre-muligheder.

Sov godt. Hygge i skønneste aflukkede have.

Bindingsværkshus i lille Lejbølle by. Kom tilbage i tiden med masser af patina og lavt til loftet. 3 brændeovne for hyggens skyld det er ikke varmekilder (der er varmepumpe). Bag haven er lukket,grill, bålplads og gammelt smedie jerns komfur til pynt. Der er spil og musik anlæg (AUX stik Iphone er der). Huset har 55” fladskærm og wi-fi alle senge er Hæstens senge, minimum Superior. Jeg har flere huse på Langeland men det her er ubetinget det hyggeligste med en fornemmelse af “gamle dage”.

Charmerende lille hus, der har gennemgået en renovering i foråret 2024 med bl.a. nyt køkken og nye gulve og terrasse. Internet . På husets førstesal findes 3 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge. Hyggelig have med mange skønne blomster, ny terrasse og drivhus. Gåafstand til Dagli'brugs, padle bane, legeplads, bowling, fitness og skøn natur. Der er kun 5 km til Lohals, hvor der findes hyggeligt havnemiljø, fine restauranter, cafe, bager, brugskunst, keramik, dagligvarer .

Af faciliteter kan nævnes: Billard i hønsehuset, flygel, legetøj, espressomaskine samt en kæmpe have med frugttræer og bær. Gæster skal selv sørge for slutrengøring. El-forbrug afregnes med 2,30 kr./kWh (omkring 40-50 kr. pr. dag ved normalforbrug).
