Fabulous trip! We are so pleased with our choice to stay here - it was the perfect, cozy spot for me, my husband, and my mom & dad to explore Amboise. We could loll about drinking our coffee in the morning -- on the spacious patio or in the spacious living room -- and we LOVED being in a spot where we could walk to everything, as we didn't want to rent a car for our stay. It's not everyday that I walk outside and go, "Oh look, I'm RIGHT NEXT TO A CASTLE." Beautiful. The home is clean, well appointed, stocked with everything you need, and comfortable. Our only recommendation is to add a railing for the second flight of stairs up to the apartment, as my older parents (okay, and me!) would have benefited greatly from this. Hosts are responsive, friendly, clear, and informative. I would highly recommend this AirBnB for anyone coming to Amboise!

L’appartement « Petit Domaine » est rénové et décoré avec goût, parfaitement équipé et paisible. En effet, même en étant en centre ville, le calme est au rendez-vous. Jehan et Eléonore sont réactifs, sympathiques et de bons conseils. Tout est conçu pour que les locataires puissent passer un séjour le plus agréable possible. A notre arrivée nous avons été agréablement surpris par un cadeau de bienvenue, une bouteille de Crémant Ackerman offerte si nous arrivions à la libérer de son casse tête. Cet appartement est un petit nid fonctionnel, bien équipé, tout près des Halles et des restaurants. Un coup de coeur pour son petit espace extérieur bien agréable avec de jolies plantes. Autonomie des arrivées et départs et réactivité de Tom, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un petit séjour agréable. Je recommande.

This apartment is close to everything, i.e., restaurants, shopping, bakery, food store, etc. Finding parking was easy, and inexpensive. The balcony is a nice addition. Bela was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Good undercover parking with a secure tag operated gate. In the kitchen all of the appliances and the equipment were very new and good quality. Internet worked well. Air conditioning was useful as it was warm and bedrooms are at the top of the building. The only thing I would change is the bed was very hard. Virginie was helpful in showing us around and I felt if we had any issues we could contact her, but we didn’t need to.

Heerlijk appartement, veel ruimte en allws wat je nodig hebt is er. Dichtbij het centrum en het station. Veel leuke restauarnt op korte loopafstand. Quentin geeft je heel snel antwoord en heeft goede tips waar te parkeren, waar de bakker is en de supermarkt.

Great! No air conditioning or fan on the property, but it never got too hot inside. Lovely for our short stay.

We had a wonderful three weeks in this historic apartment right near the hub of Saumur. Walking to all the sites, restaurants, and amenities was very easy. Parking really was no problem either. The apartment is overall fantastic. Beautifully decorated and reasonably well-equipped. Our only suggestions would be to provide a larger (and softer) bed in the master. We are small humans( 5’2” and 5’10”), and even my feet dangled off the edge of the bed. We felt like the mattress was really hard too. We got used to it, but a nicer bed would be appreciated by future guests. As there has been a lot of attention to detail in creating this space, for longer stays, I would add more glassware (champagne flutes, in particular), storage containers, scissors, more mugs and flatware. Lastly, better lamps in the rooms for reading at night would be super. We would stay here again, no doubt. And we loved our time in Saumur. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us!

J’ai été très bien accueillie par Carine qui est restée d’une extrême discrétion durant tout mon séjour. Le logement a une entrée indépendante de celle de la maison. On a l’impression de rentrer chez soi. Le logement est très propre, très bien placé et il ne manque rien. L’endroit est calme et reposant. Je suis vraiment ravie de mon séjour et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Sophie et Alain nous ont parfaitement accueillis. Tout correspondait à nos attentes et rien ne nous a déçu. Le jacuzzi fonctionnait parfaitement bien alors un seul mot à dire : foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Super week-end passé dans l’appart. On y manque de rien. Malgré sa localisation, l’endroit est très calme. Les hôtes sont réactifs et clairs quant aux instructions. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci ! 😊

WE au top dans la Trog’Love de Sonia & Fabien. Appartement très bien équipé, et conforme au descriptif et photos. Un vrai petit nid d’amour 🥰 Hôtes hyper réactifs, de très bons conseils sur les resto et autres sorties possibles autour de l’appartement.
