It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. Newly built house (March 2019), approximately 100 m², pleasant and bright, comprising a 40 m² living room, 3 bedrooms (one with a private shower room on the ground floor), an office with a sofa bed, and a bathroom, located in a very quiet residential area. The house has an unfenced garden. As this is our main residence, we ask that you show the utmost respect for the property and our personal belongings. Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter. In winter, the pool is not available. Gite classified 3 stars. This place isn't suitable for people with disabilities.
