No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

Minutes from city, but in a total bushland peaceful setting, as well as 5 minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants of Cammeray Village. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)

The apartment has a separate entrance from the laneway at the rear of the house and its own outdoor area. It is an easy walk to trendy Balmain shops, cafes and bars and a 2 min walk to the foreshore of Sydney Harbour. Balmain is a peninsula only 3km from the central business district so access to the City, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo is quick and easy by ferry or bus.

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.
