Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 3 showers (downstairs), 2 bathrooms (downstairs), and a garden. Close to the vibrant city, on the edge of a nature reserve. By public transportation, downtown Amsterdam is about 15 minutes away. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

Our cottage is in one of the most beautiful Waterland villages, Broek in Waterland. It is located in a beautiful area, 8 km from Amsterdam. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so you can be at Amsterdam Centraal in 12 minutes. The guest house itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or, for example, a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area.

After an inspiring day in Amsterdam, it is wonderful to come "home" to this original apartment, which was built in an old hay barn in the village of Watergang. Where everything is available for a relaxing stay for 2-4 people. Very suitable for a nice vacation or long stay. Free bikes for every guest and free canoes and a kayak available. It is also possible to rent a motorboat or to sail into the protected nature reserve yourself with the free canoe.
