Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

A charming house with a renovated tower with all comforts in 2024. The market tower is located in the center of the village of Allanche. Thanks to its central location, the bakery, butcher shop, supermarkets, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a 3-level bunk bed.
