Ideally located. Both close to the center (10 min walk) to enjoy the ham festival and also far enough to sleep in a quiet and peaceful apartment I highly recommend it.

Convenient and well-appointed apartment for a family with two children. All the comforts you need, and sun in the morning and evening. Clean apartment. The main asset is the proximity to the beach and shops. The lake and its beaches are five minutes away by bike, and the city center is not far away either without a car. The car can stay in the private parking space. Léa is responsive and accommodating, we felt comfortable with this rental. I would recommend it in a second and I will definitely take this place again if I return to the area.

Marie was very welcoming and accommodating, whether for check-in or checkout. We traveled with our 11-month-old baby and the apartment had everything we needed. Marie had left sheets, towels, tea towels, dishwashing product, shower mat, soap, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, garbage bags, dishwasher product and washing machine… lots of details that were very much appreciated during the stay. Communication went very well and Marie was always very responsive to our questions. Thanks again!

The place is very nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the quiet location. Shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot in 15 minutes

Guillaume welcomed us with great kindness, always very precise in his explanations. We were apprehensive about the middle school behind the house but we were quickly reassured, and even benefited from the calm and the garden, well protected between the middle school, and a few houses on the other side … It's a great house to unwind, and enjoy the Landes, go to the Basque Country, and go up the other side via Cap-Ferret. It's a little slice of Paris.

Very pleasant and well-appointed apartment! Everything you need is available, you immediately feel good there. A large terrace allows you to dine outdoors when the weather is nice. A large parking space connected to the apartment floor by an elevator ensures ease of unloading suitcases or groceries. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a great holiday at Magalie and Patrice's apartment. It is very well equipped (games for children in particular), clean and ideally located between beach and shops. Patrice and Magalie were very friendly and responsive to my questions and present when we arrived which is appreciated. i highly recommend this place

the accommodation was great, very functional and complete, well located 4km from the beaches of Anglet, the main terrace is spacious and pleasant for the end of the day and the air conditioning was a real plus with our 4-month-old baby. very good interaction with Marlène who was present when we arrived and who explained everything to us, she was available anytime

The apartment is beautifully located directly on the beach and the view of the Atlantic is a dream at any time of the day! There is no better location for surfers. A real insider tip. Although the bedrooms are in the basement without a view, but that didn't bother us. Léo is an extremely friendly, courteous and helpful host. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
